17、 and the 1 1 P connector 2. Removing microswitch (Power Source) (Fig. 2) After removing bottom plate, remove screw (1 screw) and then the fxing plate. 3. Removing DD Motor (Fig.3) After removing bottom plate and control PWB, re- move 4 screws (Note) There are adjusting screws at 2 positions on the D

18、D motor, and these are fixed by screw locks. As the screws are already adjusted, do not turn them by mistake. 4. Removing Linear Mechanism (Fig. a) Remove 5 screws and, after removing the dust cover, remove 2 screws . 5. Removing Pick-up (Fig.5) (1)After removing the bottom plate, remove the sol- de

19、ring on the phono lead wires (2) Remove the dust cover, turn the worm by hand and move the tone arm about 5 cm inward. (3) Remove 1 screw , remove the rail and and remove the spring from the wire connection part. 6. Removing Wire (1)After removing the tone arm, cating 1 screw (Fig.5). (2) When assem

Abnehmen der gedruckten Schalttafel (Abb. 1 und 2l Die Schrauben O (6 Schrauben) entfernen und dann die Bodenplatte abnehmen. Dann die Schr:auben (8 Schrauben) und den 1 1-poligen AnschluB entfernen.

25、2. Abnehmen des Mikro-Schalters (Stromquelle) (Abb. 2l Nach dem Abnehmen der Bodenplatte die Schraube (1 Schraube) und die Befestigungen entfernen. 3. Abnehmen des Direktantriebmotors (Abb. 3l Nach dem Abnehmen der Bodenplatte und der ge- druckten Sehalttafel die Schrauben t+ Schrau- ben) entfernen.

26、 (Hinweis) Am Direktantriebsmotor befinden sich an zwei Stellen Befestigungsschrauben , welche mit Schraubensi- cherungen befestigt wurden. Die Schrauben sind be- reits justiert und sollten nicht irrtmlicherweise gedreht werden. 4. Abnehmen des Linearmechanismus (Abb.4) Die Schrauben ) (5 Schrauben)

27、 entfernen und nach dem Abnehmen des Staubschutzdeckels die Schrauben (2 Schrauben) entfernen 5. Abnehmen des Tonabnehmers (Abb. 5) (1 ) Nach dem Abnehmen der Bodenplatte die L- tung auf den Phono-Leitungsdrhten entfernen. (2) Den Staubschutzdeckel abnehmen, die Schraube ohne Ende von Hand drehen un

28、d den Tonarm ca. 5 cm nach innen schieben (3)Die SchrauOe (1 Schraube), die Schiene und die Feder vom Drahtverbindungsteil entfernen. 6. Abnehmen des Drahtes (1 ) Nach dem Abnehmen des Tonarms die Draht- zapfenschrauOe (t Schraube) entfernen (Abb. 5) (2) Beim Zusammenbau den Draht wie in Abb 6 ge- z

29、eigt aufwickeln. (Hinweis) Beim Aufwickeln des Drahtes auf die Getrieberiemen- scheibe den Teil ber und unter dem Draht beachten. 7. Auswechseln des Tonabnehmers Gewhnliche, im Handel erhaltliche Stecktonabnehmer knnen ebenfalls veruvendet werden. (1 ) D je Stromversorgung einschalten, den Zufhr-Sch

30、alter (lN) drcken und den Tonarm ein wenig nach innen s-chieben. (2) Die StromwersorLu-Qg ausschaltn und den Staub- schutzdeckel ffnen. (3)Die Tonabnehmer-Befestigungsschrauben mit einem kleinen Schraubenzieher lsen und den Tonabnehmer sorgfaltig herausziehen, whrend man den Tonarm hiirt. (Abb. 7) 8

Auswechseln der Abtastnadel Den Zufhr-Schalter (lN) drticken, den Tonarm ein wenig nach innen schieben und wie in Abb. 8 geziegt vorgehen Mit der Abtastnadel DS-ST33 knnen ca. 800 - 1500 LP-Seiten abgespielt werden, bevor sie ausgetauscht werden muB. POINTS DENTRETIEN 1. Retrait de la commande PWB

32、 (Figs. 1 et 2 ) Retirer les 6 vis O ainsi que Ie panneau de socle. Retirer ensuite les 8 vis et le connecteur l l broches. 2. Retrait du micro-interrupteur (Alimentation) (Fig. 2) Apres avoir rtr le panneau de socle, retirer la vis et les fixations. 3. Dpose du moteur cournat continu (Fig. 3l Aprs

33、avoir retir le panneau du socle et la com- mande PWB, retirer les 4 vis . (Note) Des vis de rglage sont situes en 2 endroits du moteur courant continu; elles sont fixes par des verrouillages de vis. Ces vis tant dj rg- les, attention ne pas les faire tourner par er- reur. 4. Dpose du mcanisme linair

34、e (Fig. a) Retirer les 5 vis et, apres avoir dpos le couver- cle protge-poussire, retirer les 2 vis 5. Dpose du tourne-disque (Fig. 5) (1)Aprs avoir dpos le panneau du socle, retirer la soudure sur les fils phono. (2) Retirer le couvercle protege-poussire, faire tourner la main lengrenage vis sans f

35、in et dplacer le bras de lecture denviron 5 cm vers lintrteur. (3) Retirer la vis , rail ainsi que le ressort au niv- eau du raccordement de cble. 6. Retrait du cble (1 )Aprs avoir dpos le bras de lecture, retirer la vis de positionnement de c6ble (Fig. 5). (2)A la mise en place, enrouler le cble de

36、 la man- ire indique la Fig. 6 (Note) Lors de lenroulement du c6ble autour de la pour- lie dengrenage, attention aux parties situes sur et sous le cble. 7. Remplacement de la cellule de lecture La cellule est interchangeable avec des cellules de type fiche disponibles dans le commerce. (1 ) Mettre l

37、appareil sous tension, appuyer sur la touche ARM lN et dplacer le bras de lecture l- grement vers Iintrieur. (2) couper lalimentation et ouvrir le couvercle pro- tge-poussire. (3) Retirer les vis de fixation de la cellule laide dun petit tournevis et, tout en maintenant le bras de lecture, extraire

38、dlicatement la cellule. (Fig. 7) 8. Remplacement de lagointe de lecture Appuyer sur la touche ARM lN, dplacer lgre- ment le bras de lecture vers lintrieur et procder de la manire indique sur la Fig 8. Une pointe DS-ST33 peut lire 800 1500 faces LP avant de ncessiter un remplacement -5- HITACHI HT-15

39、5 ADJUSTMENTS 1. Ouartz lock phase adjustment lFig. 9l This adlustment is carried out when the quartz lock is loose, the speed of rotation is irregular and the speed in- dcator flashes on and off. ( 1 ) Connect the + side of a DC voltmeter to TP 1 O0 (No. 8 pin of lCOl), and the - side to earth (R12

40、). Set the measurement range to 3 - 5V. (2) Make the cabinet to horizontal, and rotate the platter at 33 1/3 rpm. (3)After rotation has stabilized. adjust R 1 2 such that the voltmenter readings are as in the following table: Ambient Temperature For33 1/3 rpmFor 45 rpm 5C - 20C1.4 -rO.1Vt.+-.8ill 20

41、c - 35C1.3 +0.1Vt.s-oiluu 2. Linear tracking adjustment Carried out when replacing tone arm P152. Move the tone arm up, and connect a DC voltmeter between TPOl and earth (the 2 terminals of R53) as in Fig. 1O. Next, turn the sensor position adjusting screw in Fig. 11, and adjust such that the DC vol

42、tmeter reads 6 -r 0.5V. After adjustment, turn the sensor position adjusting screw 180 to the right (half-turn). 3. Stylus lowering position adjustment (Fig. 11) This adjustment is carried out when the tone arm does not lower onto the lead-in groove of the record, or when replacing the tone arm (1)

43、Play the auto-in adjustment groove on Hitachi Test Re- cord HT-SE (Parr No. 2561131 ) (side A). (2) Move the tone arm inward, and adjust the stylus low- ering position adjustment screw with a screwdriver such that the stylus lowers to the count 15 position. (3) lf the stylus is too far out, turn the

44、 screw to the right ( ); if it is oo far in, turn the screw to the left (f ). One turn of the screw moves the stylus tip approx. 0.7 mm. 4. Return sensitivity check (1) Play the return sensitivity check groove on HT-SE (Part No.2561131)(side B), and verify that the arm plays up to count 1 8. (2) Pla

(2)Die Prfrille der Rckfhrempfindlichkeit der Test- Schallplatte HT-5E (Bestell-Nr. 2561 1 31 ) (Seite A) ab- spielen und berprfen, ob der Tonarm zwischen den Position 3 - 6 auf die Stzte zurckkehrt.
