This design of this product contains special hardware and many circuits and components specially for safety purposes. For continued protection, n
3、o changes should be made to the original design unless authorized in writing by the manufacturer. Replacement parts must be identical to those used in the original circuits. Services should be performed by qualified personnel only. 2. Alterations of the design or circuitry of the product should not
4、be made. Any design alterations of the product should not be made. Any design alterations or additions will void the manufacturers warranty and will further relieve the manufacture of responsibility for personal injury or property damage resulting therefrom. 3. Many electrical and mechanical parts i
5、n the products have special safety-related characteristics. These characteristics are often not evident from visual inspection nor can the protection afforded by them necessarily be obtained by using replacement components rated for higher voltage, wattage, etc. Replacement parts which have these sp
6、ecial safety characteristics are identified in the Parts List of Service Manual. Electrical components having such features are identified by shading on the schematics and by ( ) on the Parts List in the Service Manual. The use of a substitute replacement which does not have the same safety characte
7、ristics as the recommended replacement parts shown in the Parts List of Service Manual may create shock, fire, or other hazards. 4. The leads in the products are routed and dressed with ties, clamps, tubings, barriers and the like to be separated from live parts, high temperature parts, moving parts
8、 and/or sharp edges for the prevention of electric shock and fire hazard. When service is required, the original lead routing and dress should be observed, and it should be confirmed that they have been returned to normal, after re-assembling. 5. Leakage currnet check (Electrical shock hazard testin
9、g) After re-assembling the product, always perform an isolation check on the exposed metal parts of the product (antenna terminals, knobs, metal cabinet, screw heads, headphone jack, control shafts, etc.) to be sure the product is safe to operate without danger of electrical shock. Do not use a line
10、 isolation transformer during this check. Plug the AC line cord directly into the AC outlet. Using a Leakage Current Tester, measure the leakage current from each exposed metal parts of the cabinet, particularly any exposed metal part having a return path to the chassis, to a known good earth ground
11、. Any leakage current must not exceed 0.5mA AC (r.m.s.). Alternate check method Plug the AC line cord directly into the AC outlet. Use an AC voltmeter having, 1,000 ohms per volt or more sensitivity in the following manner. Connect a 1,500 10W resistor paralleled by a 0.15 F AC-type capacitor betwee
12、n an exposed metal part and a known good earth ground. Measure the AC voltage across the resistor with the AC voltmeter. Move the resistor connection to eachexposed metal part, particularly any exposed metal part having a return path to the chassis, and meausre the AC voltage across the resistor. No
13、w, reverse the plug in the AC outlet and repeat each measurement. voltage measured Any must not exceed 0.75 V AC (r.m.s.). This corresponds to 0.5 mA AC (r.m.s.). 1. This equipment has been designed and manufactured to meet international safety standards. 2. It is the legal responsibility of the rep
14、airer to ensure that these safety standards are maintained. 3. Repairs must be made in accordance with the relevant safety standards. 4. It is essential that safety critical components are replaced by approved parts. 5. If mains voltage selector is provided, check setting for local voltage. Good ear
15、th ground Place this probe on each exposed metal part. AC VOLTMETER (Having 1000 ohms/volts, or more sensitivity) 1500 10W 0.15 F AC TYPE ! Burrs formed during molding may be left over on some parts of the chassis. Therefore, pay attention to such burrs in the case of preforming repair of this syste
16、m. In regard with component parts appearing on the silk-screen printed side (parts side) of the PWB diagrams, the parts that are printed over with black such as the resistor ( ), diode ( ) and ICP ( ) or identified by the mark nearby are critical for safety. When replacing them, be sure to use the p
17、arts of the same type and rating as specified by the manufacturer. Remove the four screws B attaching the metal cover on both sides of the body using a hexagon wr
18、ench. Draw the metal cover upward from the behind while pulling the both sides of the lower part of the metal cover outward. 1. 2. 3. Disassembly method Removing the metal cover (See Fig. 1) Prior to performing the following procedure, remove the metal cover. Remove the six screws C attaching the to
19、p plate using a hexagon wrench. Remove the six screws D and tow screws D attaching the front panel assembly from the back of the body. Remove the four screws E attaching the front panel assembly from the upper part of the body. Remove the four screws F attaching the front panel assembly on both side
20、s of the body. Disconnect the harness from the connectors CN601, CN602, CN603, CN604 and CN605 of the system control board assembly. Remove the screw G attaching the earth wire. * The front panel assembly of this machine comprises the three sets - the front panel (left), front panel (right) and sub-

22、the rear panel (See Fig.6 to 9) 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Prior to performing the following procedure, remove the metal cover and front panel assembly. Remove the four screws H attaching the rear panel on the back of the set. Remove the eight screws I attaching the rear panel on the upper part of the set. Remo
23、ve the six screws J, two screws K, nine screws L and one screw M attaching the rear panel. Draw the rear panel upward from the behind at the legs while pulling the rear panel outward. Remove the four screws N attaching the speaker output cord. * If necessary, remove the power plug, connector clamp,

Remove the ten screws O attaching the control switch board assembly 1 & 2 on the back side of the front pa
25、nel assembly (left & right sides). Remove the four screws P attaching the metal base on the backside of the sub-panel assembly (center). Remove the four screws Q on the backside of the metal base. Remove the four screws R attaching the system control board assembly. Disconnect the connectors CN611, CN612, CN613, CN614, CN615 and CN616. Removing the sys

Remove the six through bolts S attaching the heat sink and the heat sink cover. Remove the eleven screws T attaching the power AMP sub-board assembly. Disconnect the harness, which
29、is extending from power transformer, from the connectors TB401, TB402, TB403 and TB404. Disconnect the harness, which is extending from the power transformer for pre-AMP, from the connectors CN401 and CN402. Disconnect the harness, which is extending from the fan, from the connector CN453. Disconnec
30、t the harness, which is extending from the signal processing board, from the connector CN301. After removing each screw U attaching the power AMP sub-board assembly (1) & (2), take off the power AMP sub-board assembly from the heat sink. Remove the seven screws V attaching transistor Q335Q340. Remov

32、rior to performing the following procedure, remove the metal cover and the rear panel. Remove the current mode source selector board assembly and the rear terminal panel. Remove the five screws Y attaching the signal processing board assembly. Remove the connectors CN251 and CN252. 1. 2. 3. Prior to

Then, the current mode source selector board can be removed. Remove the four screws X attaching the cannon connector on t
