Opening the cabinet - Undo 8 screws A (Fig. 1 and 2). - Undo 5 catches B (Fig. 3) and take off bottom and cover. - Undo 2 screws C (Fig. 2 and 3) and take off the cover D of the connection board. Chassis ausbauen - Frontblende abnehmen (Pkt. 2). - Flexprintstecker F (Fig. 4) ffnen. - 2 Federn G aushngen (Fig. 5 und 6). - 4 Schrauben H (Fig. 5 und 6) herausschrauben und die 4 Dm- pferI (Fig. 5 und 6) abnehmen. - Chassis herausnehmen. 4. Removing the chassis - Remove the front panel (para 2). - Open flexprint connector F (Fig. 4). - Unhinge 2 springs G (Fig. 5 and 6). - Undo 4 screws H (Fig. 5 and 6) and remove the 4 dampersI (Fig. 5 and 6). - Take out the chassis. 4. Removing the connection board

Removing the main board (Fig. 4) - Open the cabinet (para 1). - Close the protective solder joint of the pick up unit (Fig. 7). - Open flexprint connectors F, K and L

Loading-Antrieb zerlegen (Fig. 8) - Chassis ausbauen (Pkt. 3). - Hauptplatte ausbauen (Pkt. 5). - Die Zahnrder P, Q und R knnen mit ein

19、em Schraubendreher herausgehebelt werden. - Zum Ausbau des Motors Zahnrad R ausbauen und die 2 Schrau- ben S herausschrauben. - Achtung: Wurde wenigstens eines der beiden Zahnrder P aus- gebaut, beim Zusammenbau darauf achten, dass die 2 Schieber T (Fig. 10) und U (Fig. 12) in der gleichen Position

20、stehen. 7. Loading-Einheit ausbauen - Chassis ausbauen (Pkt. 3). - Hauptplatte ausbauen (Pkt. 5). - Loading-Einheit in die oberste Position bringen (vgl. Fig. 10 und 12). - 8 Schrauben V (Fig. 9 und 11) herausschrauben und Oberteil W abnehmen. - 3 Schrauben X (Fig. 11) herausschrauben und Seitenteil

21、 Y abnehmen. - 3 Sicherungsscheiben Z (Fig. 10 und 12) abziehen. - Die Loading-Einheit kann jetzt durch leichtes Auseinanderbiegen der Seitenteile herausgnommen werden (Fig. 13). 22、 Remove the chassis (para 3). - Remove the main board (para 5). - The gear wheels P, Q and R can be pushed out with a screw- driver. - Remove gear wheel R and undo the 2 screwsS to remove the motor. - Attention: If at least one of the gear wheels P had been removed, take care that both slides T (Fig

23、. 10) and U (Fig. 12) are in the same position when reassembling. 7. Remove the loading unit - Remove the chassis (para 3). - Remove the main board (para 5). - Move the loading unit to the topmost position (see Fig. 10 and 12). - Undo 8 screws V (Fig. 9 and 11) and remove the upper part W. - Undo 3

24、screws X (Fig. 11) and remove the side part Y. - Pull off the 3 retainer washers Z (Fig. 10 and 12). - By bending the side parts slightly apart the loading unit can now been taken out (Fig. 13). 25、auen (Pkt. 7). - Laufwerk in die obere Position (Play) fahren (vgl. Fig. 14-17). Dazu an die Motoranschlsse A (Fig. 14) eine Gleichspannung von ca. 5V anlegen. - Sicherungsscheibe B abziehen und Zahnrad C herausziehen (Fig. 15). - 5 Schrauben D (Fig. 16 und 17) und Schraube E (Fig. 16) heraus- schra

26、uben und das Oberteil F abnehmen. - Kunststoffschienen G (Fig. 14) abnehmen. - Laufwerk herausnehmen. Fig. 14 A F D 9. Pick-Up-Einheit ausbauen - Laufwerk ausbauen (Pkt. 8). - Schutzltstelle (Fig. 18) zulten. - Schraube H (Fig. 19) herausschrauben, Leiterplatte I abnehmen und Flexprintstecker ffnen.

Removing the drive unit - Remove the loading unit (para 7). - Move the drive unit to the topmost positio

28、n (play) (see Fig. 14-17). To do this apply a DC voltage of abt. 5V to the motor connections A (Fig. 14). - Pull off retainer washer B and pull out the gear wheel C (Fig. 15). - Undo 5 screws D (Fig. 16 and 17) and screw E (Fig. 16) and take off the cover part F. - Take off the plastic rails G (Fig.

29、 14). - Take out the drive unit. 9. Removing the pick up unit - Remove the drive unit (para 8). - Close the protective solder joint (Fig. 18). - Undo screw H (Fig. 19), take off the board I and open flexprint connector. - Undo 2 screws J and take out motor K with its holder (Fig. 19). - Take out the

Achtung: Beim Wiederein- setzen auf die 2 Schalter Q achten! - Leiterplatte an Punkt R ausrasten und herausnehmen (Fi

32、g. 22). - 2 Schrauben S (Fig. 22) herausschrauben und Motor T heraus- nehmen. - Die 2 Schrauben U herausschrauben und die 2 Federn V und W abnehmen (Fig. 23). - Sicherungsscheibe X (Fig. 23) abnehmen. - Die Einzelteile der Mechanik knnen jetzt herausgenommen wer- den.
