13、ECAUTIONSThe following check should be performed for thecontinued protection of the customer and servicetechnician.LEAKAGE CURRENT CHECKMeasure leakage current to a known earth ground(water pipe, conduit, etc.) by connecting a leakagecurrent tester such as Simpson Model 229-2 orequivalent between th

14、e earth ground and all exposedmetal parts of the appliance (input/output terminals,screwheads, metal overlays, control shaft, etc.). Plugthe AC line cord of the appliance directly into a 120VAC 60 Hz outlet and turn the AC power switch on. Anycurrent measured must not exceed 0.5 mA.DeviceundertestLe

Laser Interlock MechanismThe position of the switch (SW102) fordetecting the

16、 loading state is detected by thesystem microprocessor, and the designprevents laser diode oscillation except whenboth switch (SW102) is not on CLMP terminalside (CLMP signal is OFF or high level.).Thus, interlock will no longer function if switch (SW102) is deliberatery shorted (low level).The inte

17、rlock also does not function in the testmode.Laser diode oscillation will continue, if pin 36of CXA1992A (IC102) on the CD AMP UNITis connected to GND, or else the terminals ofQ107 are shorted to each other(fault condition).2. When the case is opened, close viewing of theobjective lens with the nake
