16、ers Table of Contents) data. The UTOC contains numberof tracks, playing time, written data, and other rewritableinformation.Battery doesnot charge.Resetting the unitThis system uses a microcomputer so it may malfunction due to externalnoise or interference. In such a case, unplug the power cord and

17、remove thebatteries, then plug the power cord again and insert the batteries again.Beware of condensationWhen water vapor comes into contact with the surface of cold materi-al, water drops are produced.If condensation occurs, correct operation may not be possible, or theunit may not function correct

18、ly.This is not a malfunction, however, and the unit should be dried.(To do this, turn the POWER switch ON and leave the unit as it is forseveral hours.)Be especially careful in the following conditions: When the unit is brought from a cold place to warm place, and there isa large temperature differe

19、nce. When a heater starts operating. When the unit is brought from an air-conditioned place to a place ofhigh temperature with high humidity.
