9、 charge from PIONEER.LEAKAGE CURRENT CHECK Measure leakage current to a known earth ground(water pipe, conduit, etc.) by connecting a leakagecurrent tester such as Simpson Model 229-2 orequivalent between the earth ground and all exposedmetal parts of the appliance (input/output terminals,screwheads

10、, metal overlays, control shaft, etc.). Plugthe AC line cord of the appliance directly into a 120VAC 60 Hz outlet and turn the AC power switch on. Anycurrent measured must not exceed 0.5 mA.(FOR USA MODEL ONLY)Also test with plugreversed(Using AC adapterplug as required)DeviceundertestTest all expos

Laser Interlock MechanismThe position of the switch (S1) for detecting loadingcompletion is detected by the system microprocessor, andthe design prevents laser di

16、ode oscillation when the switchis not in LPS1 terminal side (when the mechanism is notclamped and LPS1 signal is high level.) Thus, the interlockwill no longer function if the switch is deliberatery set toLPS1 terminal side. ( if LPS1 signal is low level ).In the test mode the interlock mechanism wi

17、ll not function.Laser diode oscillation will continue, if pin 33 of CXA1782CQ(IC101) on the MOTHER BOARD ASSY is connected toGND, or pin 43 of IC701 (LDON) is connected to low level(ON), or else the terminals of Q101 are shorted to eachother (fault condition).2. When the cover is opened, close viewi
