7、80 Autolocator Alignment instructions for Stabilizer 1.328.044.82: ? Connect nominal load to INTSUP, pin 10 - 14 of J3 (e.g. Autolocator) (ca. 2.5 A / DC). ? Adjust R4 for +6V ( 0.02V) EXTSUP on pin 15 / 16 of plug J3. ? Interrupt mains supply voltage t = 0 ? Monitor the internal supply voltage drop

8、 of INTSUP of 5.2V (nominal value) on a storage scope. ? Adjust the pot. meter R13 that way, that the delay of the signal Y-IHALT changes from the high level into low level in the time window which is given by the values of +5.05V and +4.75V of the supply voltage INTSUP. (see drawing below). The signal Y-IHALT is used to enable the Microprocessor when the supply voltage is fully present and to stop the MPU in case of power failures.(see diagram below). Make sure that the Stabilizer board 1.328.044.xx is modified to Index .82.
