The Hewlett-Packard Model34740ADisplay Module isa four-digit 1 V rangedcvoltmeter with 100%overrange capability that functions with a plug-on module such as the 347

26、02A Multimeter or 34701DCVoltmeter. This modular construction feature makes the3470measurement system versatile. New plug-on models are under development to expand the rangeofapplicationsofthe instrument. A 34720ABattery Module or 34721 ABCDModule may be connected between the34740Aand the plug-on mo

27、dule for more versatility. 1-3. A dual slope integrating measurement techniqueis employed to give 60 dB noise rejectionatthe power line frequency. Five readings per second are attainedonOption 060 (60Hzline), and eight readings per secondonOption 050 (50Hzline). 1-4. The displayoffour full digits pl

28、us an overrange digitis composedoflight emitting diodesthatgivea clear bright readout indication. The fifth overrange digitisprovided to complete the readoutonmeasurements above full scale up to the 100%overrange point.
