(Fig. 1) * When installing the rack angles, tighten the screws marked 80 in the order q to e shown in Fig. 1. 1-2 Remove the fi ve (5) screws marked 50a, the four (4) screws marked

30、 50b and the four (4) screws marked 60. The top cover can then be removed. (Fig. 1) * When installing the top cover, tighten the screws in the order 50a 60 50b. In each case, tighten the screws in the order shown in Fig. 1. 2. DM Circuit Board (Time required: About 5 minutes) 2-1 Remove the top cove

31、r. (See procedure 1) 2-2 Remove the six (6) screws marked 470. The DM circuit board can then be removed. (Fig. 2) 3. DC Circuit Board (Time required: About 6 minutes) 3-1 Remove the top cover. (See procedure 1) 3-2 Remove the DM circuit board. (See procedure 2) 3-3 Remove the four (4) screws marked

32、370 and the six (6) hexagonal spacers marked 380. The DC circuit board can then be removed. (Fig. 3) 4. OPT(1) Circuit Board, OPT(2) Circuit Board 4-1 Remove the top cover. (See procedure 1) 4-2 OPT(1) circuit board: (Time required: About 5 minutes) 4-2-1 Remove the four (4) screws marked 100a. The

(Fig. 2) * When installing the OPT(2) circuit board, tighten the screws marked 280b in the order a to b shown in Fig. 2. * The OPT(1) circuit board and OPT(2) circuit board are used for the following slots.

(Fig. 3) 6-3 DANTE MODULE 64CH (Time required: About 4 minutes) 6-3-1 Remove the two (2) screws marked A. 6-3-2 To remove the DANTE module 64CH on the DNT circuit board, open the hooks on the portion B outward as in Photo 1, lift the DANTE module 64CH and pull out obliquely upward. * To

45、install the DANTE module 64CH, insert securely until the terminal cannot be seen while fitting the contact point of the terminal to the connector to be connected, push in backward and fasten with the hooks. 7. Power Supply Unit (Time required: About 4 minutes) 7-1 Remove the top cover. (See procedur

46、e 1) 7-2 Remove the three (3) screws marked 180a and the screw marked 180b. The power supply unit can then be removed.
