The metal grille assembly can then be removed. (Fig. 1) 2. Speaker (Time required: About 3 minutes) 2-1. Remove the metal g

20、rille assembly. (See procedure 1) 2-2. Remove the eight (8) screws marked 40a. (Fig. 2, 3) 2-3. Insert the fl at blade screwdriver or the like into the cavity of the cabinet, and push the speaker up to remove it. (Fig. 2, 3) 2-4. Remove the wiring assembly from the speaker terminal. Insert the fl at blade screwdriver or the like into the cavity of the cabinet, and push the horn assembly up to remove it. (Fig. 4, 5)

Remove the metal grille assembly. (See procedure 1) 4-2. Remove the two (2) screws marked 310. The LED panel assembly can then

28、 be removed. (Fig. 7) 4-3. Remove the two (2) screws marked 300c. The LED circuit board and the LED panel sub assembly can then be separated. (Fig. 7) 5. Amp Assembly 112 (Time required: About 2 minutes) 5-1. Remove the ten (10) screws marked 120. (Fig. 8) * When installing the amp assembly, fi rst

29、tighten the two (2) priority screws as shown in Fig. 8. 5-2. Follow the steps below to remove the amp assembly 112 carefully. (Fig. 8) (1) Loosen the screw for removing the amp assembly. * Loosen only ! Never remove this screw. Tighten the screw when installing the amp assembly. (2) Insert the flat

30、blade screwdriver or the like into the cavity of the cabinet, and push the bottom end of amp assembly up. (3) Pull the screw for removing the amp assembly to move up the top end of the amp assembly. (4) Hold both top and bottom of the amp assembly to remove it. 5-3. Disconnect the connectors of the

The LED panel assembly can then be removed. (Fig. 7) 4-3. Remove the two (2) screws marked 310c. The LED circuit board and the LED pan

43、el sub assembly can then be separated. (Fig. 7) 5. Amp Assembly 115 (Time required: About 2 minutes) 5-1. Remove the ten (10) screws marked 120. (Fig. 8) * When installing the amp assembly, fi rst tighten the two (2) priority screws as shown in Fig. 8. 5-2. Follow the steps below to remove the amp a

44、ssembly 112 carefully. (Fig. 8) (1) Loosen the screw for removing the amp assembly. * Loosen only ! Never remove this screw. Tighten the screw when installing the amp assembly. (2) Insert the flat blade screwdriver or the like into the cavity of the cabinet, and push the bottom end of amp assembly u

45、p. (3) Pull the screw for removing the amp assembly to move up the top end of the amp assembly. (4) Hold both top and bottom of the amp assembly to remove it. 5-3.
