1、DUKANE MODEL 9A565 ANNUNCIATOR it fits a standard 2-7/8 inches by 19 inches opening in all-metal consoles or racks. POWER REQUIREMENTS The 9A565 Annunciator the DuKane Model 17A85 Power Supply or equivalent may be used for this purpose (see accessories below). PARTS ANDACCESSORIES (available) Power

Part No. 282-5 (cut 15-5/8 in. long). Part No. 456-43 (G.E. type #19 or equiv.). Part No. 440-61 (Switchcraft #T-1083-2).

Make electrical connections to terminal strips at each side of 9A565.Connect OFF line (from Master Control Panel in console or rack) to terminals labeled “OFF”; connect I.C. line (from Master Control Panel) to terminals labeled “l.C. ; ;connect program line from Channel A power am

4、plifier to terminals labeled “A”; connect program line from Channel B power amplifier to terminals labeled “B”. Connect 12 volts (preferably DC) to terminal labeled HI; connect power supply ground (minus) to terminal on copper conductive strip. IMPORTANT NOTE Use only ROSIN core solder for all elect

5、rical connections. 400-947-c RadioFans.CN 收音机爱 好者资料库 Connect room speaker line to the pair of terminals at each number, i.e., 1, 2, 3, etc., which appears either below or above the pair of terminals; connect speaker line shields to terminals labeled “S” .Connect annunciator line to terminal labeled

6、“A” for each room or area. OPERATION Each switch lever provides separate control for a room or area speaker. Annunciator lights are connected to illuminate in any position except “l.C.” when an incoming call is made. A room or area speaker with annunciator call-in may be switched to “I .C. ” when an

7、 incoming call is made; the intercom conversation is controlled with the talk-listen switch on the Master Control Panel or on the Intercom Unit in the console. Program selection may be separately controlled for each room or area speaker, i.e., any speaker selector switch may be set to either Channel

8、 A, Channel B, or OFF, depending upon the choice of sound service for the room or speaker area. MAINTENANCE No extensive maintenance is required for the Model 9A565 Annunciator remove the designation strip bracket to reach annunciator lamps. Pull out the burnt out lamp and replace with one which is

9、good. Any loose connection can cause intermittent and noisy operation; be sure that no bare wire touches another wire or terminal or any metal part.
