5、C, 14P-1.0SV-J00-044-010 SERVICE JIG AND TOOLS 7 1.Removing the outside appearance parts 1) Remove the six screws (1-4, 2-2) and remove the PANEL SIDE R. 2) Remove the six screws (1-4, 2-2) and remove the PANEL SIDE L. 3) Remove the three screw 1 and lift up the PANEL, TOP ASSY 2. 4) Remove the two

6、connectors and remove the PANEL, TOP ASSY. RL DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION 8 5) Remove the 11 screws and remove the CABI, REAR. 6) This is the state after the outside appearance parts are removed. 2.Removing the PWB, CD ACJ-4 1) Remove the five screws, pull out the FFC and other parts, then remove the PW

7、B, CD ACJ-4. 3.Removing the PWB, MAIN ASSY 1) Remove the screw 1, then remove the connector 2 and the FFC 3 of the MD block. 9 2) Remove the screw 1 and remove the PWB, MAIN ASSY 2 in the direction of the arrow. (The board is hooked. While lifting up the HOOK, remove the board.) 4.Removing the FRONT

8、 block 1) Remove the screw 1 securing the CAB, FR ASSY and remove the screw 2 securing the CHAS, MD. 2) Remove the screw 1 securing the CAB, FR ASSY and remove the screw 2 securing the CHAS, MD. 3) Remove the two screws 1 and remove the CABI, FR ASSY in the direction of arrow 2. 10 4) This is the st

9、ate after the PWB, MAIN ASSY and CABI, FRONT ASSY are removed. 5.Removing the MD block (AZG-4) 1) Remove the four screws and remove the MD block. 6.Removing the CD block (3ZG-3) 1) Remove the four screws 1 and remove the CD block 2. 2) This is the state after the CD block is removed. 11 Using the FF

10、C for extension enables the CD/MD mechanism to be repaired when the power supply is turned on. Phase adjustment of the GEAR, OPE 1 and GEAR, WORM WHEEL. 1) Align holes 1. 2) Then, move the position of the holes of each gea

12、r as shown by 2 in the illustration. 2. Installation Procedure of HLDR, GEAR ASSY 1) Position the panel side so that it faces front as shown in the illustration. 2) Install the HLDR, GEAR ASSY. 14 CD TEST MODE 1CD起動。 CD 釦押AC差込。CD起動全灯 。 2.CD解除方法 POWER 釦、CD以外釦押、抜CD 解除出来。 3.機能説明 注意: 連続10分以上動作続IC発熱保護回路働

14、CD Test Mode While pressing the “CD” button, connect the AC plug to the power outlet. When the CD test mode starts up, all displays turn on. 2.How to Release the CD Test Mode To release the CD test mode, press the “POWER” button or the function buttons other than the “CD” button, or disconnect the A

15、C plug from the power outlet. 3.Function Description of the Test Mode Note: If the focus search operation is continued for 10 minutes or longer, the driver IC heats up sufficiently to trigger the protection circuit, which stops the CD system. Turn off the main power and re-start operation about 10 m

16、inutes later. 19、rm Tracking circuit Sled circuit Mechanism (gear and motor) 16 1. MD 起動方法 MD押、AC差込。 注意: 1) 起動中、的異常無視動作行。動作異常感場合、直電源 抜下。 2) 動作中、通常再生録音出来。 2. MD確認 表示 起動約5秒後、表示上図様、使用出来様。 3. MD解除方法 1)押、DISC取出。 2)AC抜。 上記以外方法MD 解除、再度POWER ON時、正常動作場合 。場合、AC 抜下。 4. 待機切替方法 起動後、STOP押待機変。(表示ALL SV OFF) 各切替行。 、各動作STOP 押ALL SV

20、OFF戻。 5. 操作時注意点 起動、操作TOUCH SENSOR。 下記方法操作。 1)使用。 2)CD基板設穴見PULLEY手回、操作回転。 6. 送動作確認 1)ALL SV OFFF. SKIP押、外周方向移動。 時、T. SLED FWD表示。 2)ALL SV OFFB. SKIP押、内周方向移動。 時、T. SLED RVS表示、INSIDE LIMIT SWON JAZZ枠点灯。 7. 確認 1)ALL SV OFFMD EDIT押毎切替行。表示、以 下様切替。 2)確認後、STOP押ALL SV OFF。 8. OWH動作確認 下記方法及OWH動作確認行。 ALL SV OF

24、YPE 18 MD調整確認、状態行。 NO Adjust表示場合、13調整行。 1. 温度補償調整 *原則、温度補償調整行下。 万一調整値大幅場合、付近温度正確測定環境下記要領調整行下 。 ：表示確認 使用治具：温度計 1)MD 起動後、STOP 押、表示ALL SV OFF。 2)DISPLAY押、表示TEMP=$*切替。 3)PAUSE押、表示T+*C:+00切替。 4)MD 近温度計置、室温測定。 5)温度計数値見、温度表示*同様B.SKIPF.SKIP調整、 ENTER押。 6)調整後、STOP 押、表示ALL SV OFF。 *NO Adjust表示場合、1)3) 行後、B/F. S

25、KIP調整値変更、ENTER 押。 2. 調整 ：表示確認 /出力 治具： (10mW測定可能) 2-1. 再生調整 1)ALL SV OFFMD EDIT押、表示LASER READ切替。 2)PAUSE1回押、表示LASER=$*。 3)B.SKIP/F.SKIPLASER=$11調整、ENTER押。 4)出力測定、約0.68mW事確認。 5)調整後、STOP押、表示ALL SV OFF。 2-2. 記録調整 1)ALL SV OFFMD EDIT3回押、表示LASER WRITE切 替。 2)PAUSE1回押、表示LASER=$*。 3)B.SKIP/F.SKIPLASER=$9F調整、

26、ENTER押。 4)出力測定、約6.8mW事確認。 5)調整後、STOP 押、表示ALL SV OFF。 注意：出力7.0mW越PICK UP破損場合。 3. AUTO (EFB/IVR/FOCUS AGC/TRACKING AGC調整) ：表示確認 ：MDW-74、TGYS-1同等品 3-1. MO調整 1)MDW-74。 2)MD MODE押、SELECT GRV表示。 3)MD 押AUTO ADJ表示、調整終DONE表示 。（FAILED表示場合、調整出来示。） 4) 調整終了後、STOP 押、表示ALL SV OFF 。 3-2. MOIVR、EFB、確認 1)B.SKIPF.SKIP

29、 s33. 1540 6)確認後、STOP押表示ALL SV OFF。 4. 再生確認 (PIT DISC) : 表示確認 : TGY-1同等品 1)TGY-1。 2)B.SKIPF.SKIP使、DISC中間位置移動。 3)MD MODE押、SELECT PIT 表示。 4)PLAY押、FOCUS ON!表示。 5)ENTER押、ALL SV ON表示。 6)DISPLAY1回押表示安定確認。 7)再度DISPLAY押、再生表示。 時Er*:* (下線部) 数字Er0030以下確認。 8)確認後、STOP押表示ALL SV OFF。 5. 録再確認 (MO DISC) : 表示確認 : MDW

30、-74 1)MDW-74。 2)B.SKIPF.SKIP使、DISC中間位置移動。 3)CD押、自動的600記録開始。 4)約15秒間記録後、STOP 押。 5)AUX/D-IN押、600付近移動ALL SV ON状態 (表示) 、表示600以降DISPLAY押。 時Er*:* (下線部) 数字Er0030以下確認。 6)確認後、STOP 押表示ALL SV OFF。 FOCUS GAINTRACKING GAINSLED GAIN IVREFB FOCUS GAINTRACKING GAINSLED GAIN 20 6. UTOC (TOC) 消去方法 録音済UTOC ERROR等表示出、U

31、TOC消去必要場合行。 1)UTOC消去DISC挿入。 2)B.SKIPF.SKIP使、DISC中間位置移動。 3)MD MODE押、SELECT GRV表示。 4)MD REC押、REC Analog表示。 5)PLAY押、FOCUS ON!表示。 6)ENTER押、ALL SV ON表示。 7)TAPE REC/REC MUTE押UTOC ERASE表示。 8)UTOC消去完了、自動的ALL SV OFF表示切替。 7. EEP-ROM初期化方法 下記方法、EEP-ROM内調整値 (標準値) 。 EEP-ROM初期化行場合、必、MD 電気調整13行。 1)CD OPEN/CLOSE押、本体

32、MD EDIT押。 2)電源入直時NO Adjust 表示事確認。 *NO Adjust 状態、MD 動作。 21 MD TEST MODE 1. Starting up the MD Test Mode While pressing the MD function button, insert the AC plug into the outlet. Notes: 1)Mechanical abnormalities are ignored while the test mode is starting up. If any abnormality occurs, disconnect th

33、e plug immediately. 2)During test mode operation, playback and recording are normally not possible. 2. Checking the MD Test Mode Indication About five seconds later after the test mode starts, characters as shown in the below figure appear on the screen and the test mode becomes usable. 3. Cancellin

34、g the MD Test Mode 1)Press the MD EJECT button to eject the disk. 2)Disconnect the AC plug. *If the MD test mode is canceled by procedures other than the above, the unit sometimes run incorrectly. If this happens, disconnect the AC plug. 4. Switching to the Servo Standby Mode After starting up the t

35、est mode, press the STOP key to switch to the servo standby mode. (Indication: ALL SV OFF) Change from this mode to each mode. When the STOP key is pressed in each mode, the display returns to “ALL SV OFF”. 5. Notes during Test Mode Operation If the test mode starts up, the touch sensor of the opera

36、tion panel does not run. Operate in the following ways. 1)Use the remote controller. 2)Rotate the pulley that is visible from the hole of the CD board by hand to rotate the operation panel. 6. Checking the Sled Feed Operation 1)Press the F.SKIP button in the “ALL SV OFF” state to move the lens and p

37、ickup to the outer circumference. Then “T.SLED FWD” is displayed. 2)Press the B.SKIP button in the “ALL SV OFF” state to move the lens and pickup to the inner circumference. Then “T.SLED RVS” is displayed. Set the INSIDE LIMIT switch to ON to light the frame of graphic equalizer “JAZZ” of the displa

38、y. 7. Checking the Laser Power 1)Every time the MD EDIT button is pressed in the “ALL SV OFF” state, the display is switched as shown below. 2)After checking, press the STOP button to return the display to “ALL SV OFF”. 8. Checking the Loading Mechanism and OWH to check the operations of the loading

39、 mechanism and OWH, follow the procedure given below. Every time the CD MD REC button or MD EJECT button is pressed in the “ALL SV OFF” state, the OWH moves up or down. CD MD REC button . OWH DOWN MD EJECT . OWH UP/Unloading LASER 1/2 LASER WRITELASER READ ALL SV OFF 22 9. About Indication The state

40、 of circuit, selected disk or switch can be checked on the display. 10.Checking the Servo Operation 10-1.Checking the Focus Search and Spindle Kick 1 (checking the S-curve) 1)When the RANDOM/REPEAT button of the remote controller is pressed in the “ALL SV OFF” state, the focus search operation and s

41、pindle kick are performed at the same time. Then “FOCUS CHECK” is displayed. These operations are repeated regardless of whether a disk is installed. Therefore, the S-curve can be checked with the disk installed. 2)After checking, press the STOP button to return the display to “ALL SV OFF”. 10-2.Che

42、cking the Focus Search and Spindle Kick 2 1)When the PLAY button is pressed in the “ALL SV OFF” state without any disk, the search operation and spindle kick are performed at the same time. Then “FOCUS SRCH” is displayed. 2)After checking, press the STOP button to return the display to “ALL SV OFF”.

43、 10-3.Checking the Focus Servo 1)Insert a disk. 2)Press the MD MODE button and set the servo mode according to the inserted disk as shown below. MO disk: “ SELECT GRV” appears and “TIMEMARK” lights. PIT disk: “ SELECT PIT” appears and “AUTOMARK” lights. 3)Press the PLAY button. If the focus servo is

44、 normal, “ FOCUS SRCH” appears and “FOCUS ON!” appears. 4)After checking, press the STOP button to return the display to “ALL SV OFF”. 10-4.Checking the All Servo ON 1)When the ENTER button is pressed during focus servo off, the tracking sled servo is turned on and all servos run. If the servos are

Temperature Compensation Adjustment *Normally, do not perform the temperature compensation adjustment. I

48、f the adjustment value is extensively different, perform the adjustment as given below in a suitable environment for measuring the correct temperature near the unit. Test point: Check the test point on the display. Tool: Thermometer 1)After the MD test mode starts up, press the STOP button to display “ALL SV OFF”. 2)Press the DISPLAY button to display “TEMP = $*”. 3)Press the PAUSE button to display “T + *C: + 00”. 4)Put the thermometer near the MD mechanism to measure the room temperature. 5)Check the value of the thermometer and press t
