33、,HA), AM 999kHz (HR), MW 999kHz (EZ,K,HS,G) and adjust L981(1/3) so that the test point becomes maximum. 4.AM IF Adjustment Settings : Test point :TP8 (RCH) TP9 (GND) TP10 (LCH) L772 . 450kHz 5.LW VT Adjustment Settings : Test point :TP4 (VT) Adjustment location :L942 Method :Set to LW 144kHz and ad

34、just L942 so that the test point becomes 1.3V 0.05V. Then set to LW 290kHz and check that the test point is less than 8.0V. 6.LW Tracking Adjustment Settings : Test point :TP8 (RCH) TP9 (GND) TP10 (LCH) Adjustment location : L941 . 144kHz TC942. 290kHz Method :Set up TC942 to center before adjustmen

35、t. The level at 144kHz is adjusted to MAX by L941. Then the level at 290kHz is adjusted to MAX by TC942. 7.FM VT Check Settings : Test point :TP4 (VT) Method :Set to FM 108.0MHz (87.5MHz) and check that the test point is less than 8.0V (108.0MHz) and more than 0.5V (87.5MHz). 8.FM Tracking Check Set

36、tings : Test point :TP8 (RCH) TP9 (GND) TP10 (LCH) Method :Set to FM 98.0MHz and check that the test point is less than 8dBuV (LH,U,HA,HR), less than 13dBuV (EZ,K,HS,G). 9.DC Balance / Mono Distortion Adjustment Settings : Test point :TP5 (DC), TP6 (DC) Adjustment location :L771 Input level :60dBuV

37、Method :Set to FM 98.0MHz and adjust L771 so that the voltage between TP5 and TP6 becomes 0V 0.04V. Next, check that the distortion is less than 1.0%. 10. Tape Speed Adjustment Settings : Test tape :TTA100 Test point :J602 (3/3) LINE OUT Adjustment location :SFR1 Method :Play back the 3kHz signal of the test tape and adjust SFR1 for 3000Hz 5Hz (FWD) and FWD PLAY speed 45Hz (REV). 12.
