8、ement, its?life?might?be?shortened.?When?replacing,?use?a?conductive?mat,?soldering?iron?with?ground?wire,etc.?to protect?the?laser?diode?form?damage?by?static?electricity. Conductive?mat The?ground?resistance between?the?ground?line and?the?ground?is?less?than?10 1M 1-8 SAFTY NOTICE Plug the AC line cord directly into a 120V AC outlet (do not use an isolation transformer for this check). Use an AC voltmeter, having 5000 per volt or more sensitivity. Connect a 150
10、0 10W resistor,paralleled by a 0.15uF 150V AC capacitor between a knomn good earth ground (water pipe, conduit, etc.) and all exposed metal parts of cabinet (antennas, handle bracket, metal cabinet screwheads, metal overlays, control shafts, etc.). SAFTY PRECAUTIONS LEAKAGE CURRENT CHECK Measure the
11、 AC voltage across the 1500 resistor. The test must be conducted with the AC switch on and then repeated with the AC switch off. The AC voltage indicated by the meter may not exceed 0.3V.A reading exceeding 0.3V indicates that a dangerous potential exists, the fault must be located and corrected. Re
12、peat the above test with the DVD VIDEO PLAYER power plug reversed. NEVER RETURN A DVD VIDEO PLAYER TO THE CUSTOMER WITHOUT TAKING NECESSARY CORRECTIVE ACTION. 16、ling Instruction The following guidelines show how to dismantle the player. Step1: Remove 5 screws around the Top Cover, and then remove the Top Cover (Figure 1). Figure 1 Step2: If it is necessary to dismantle Loader or Front Panel, the Front door should be removed first. (Figure 2) Note: Make sure
17、 to operate gently otherwise the guider would be damaged. Figure 2 2-1 Please kindly note that dismantle the front door assembly carefully to avoid damage tray and the front door. 18、3: If the tray cant open in normal way, you can make it through the instruction as below (Figure 3). Note: Make sure to operate gently otherwise the guider would be damaged. (Figure 5) Step5: Dismantling Loader, disconnect the 3 connectors (XP5, XP8, XP9) aiming in the below figure, and remove 1 screw that connects the loader and the bottom cabinet. 21、 Preparation to upgrade software 1) Start the CD Burning software and create a new CD project (Data Disc) with the following setting: B. Read out the software versions to confirm upgrading Label: DVP2XXX (No need the label name) File Name: DVPXXXX_XX.BIN 1) Power on the set and press button on the P
22、ower on the set and open the tray, then press remote control. to check the File Name. 2) Press button. The software version and other information are display Note: It is required capital letter for the File System on the TV screen as follows: name. Version XX.XX.XX.XX (Main version) 2) Burn the data
23、 onto a blank CDR SUB-VER XX.XX.XX.XX (software version of application software) A. Procedure for software upgrade: 8032 XX.XX.XX.XX 1) Power on the set and insert the prepared Upgrade Servo XX.XX.XX.XX (software version of servo) CDR. RIS XX.XX.XX.XX 2) The set will starts reading disc & response w
24、ith the DSP XX.XX.XX.XX following display TV screen: Region Code X Upgrade File DETECTED Upgrade? Press Play TO START. 3) Press button to confirm, then screen will display : Files coping Caution: The set must not be power off during UPGRADING upgrading, Otherwise the Main board will be 4) The upgrad
