Conductive?mat The?ground?resistance between?the?ground?line and?the?ground?is?less?than?10 1M SAFTY NOTICE Plug the AC line cord directly into a 120V AC outlet (do not use an isolation trans
7、former for this check). Use an AC voltmeter, having 5000 per volt or more sensitivity. Connect a 1500 10W resistor,paralleled by a 0.15uF 150V AC capacitor between a knomn good earth ground (water pipe, conduit, etc.) and all exposed metal parts of cabinet (antennas, handle bracket, metal cabinet sc
8、rewheads, metal overlays, control shafts, etc.). SAFTY PRECAUTIONS LEAKAGE CURRENT CHECK Measure the AC voltage across the 1500 resistor. The test must be conducted with the AC switch on and then repeated with the AC switch off. The AC voltage indicated by the meter may not exceed 0.3V.A reading exc
9、eeding 0.3V indicates that a dangerous potential exists, the fault must be located and corrected. Repeat the above test with the DVD VIDEO PLAYER power plug reversed. NEVER RETURN A DVD VIDEO PLAYER TO THE CUSTOMER WITHOUT TAKING NECESSARY CORRECTIVE ACTION. READING SHOULD NOT EXCEED 0.3V DVD VIDEO

12、ting and maintenance (servicing) instructions in the literature accompanying the appliance. 2.2 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Battery Handling Guideline Since the battery is packed in soft package, to ensure its better performance, its very important to carefully handle the battery 2.2.1 Soft Aluminium foil T
13、he soft aluminum packing foil is very easily damaged by sharp edge parts such as Ni-tabs, pins and needles. Dont strike battery with any sharp edge parts Trim your nail or wear glove before taking battery Clean worktable to make sure no any sharp particle 2.2.2 Sealed edge Sealing edge is very flims
14、y Dont bend or fold sealing edge 2.2.3 Folding edge The folding edge is form in battery process and passed all hermetic test. Dont open or deform folding edge 2.2.4 Tabs The battery tabs are not so stubborn especially for aluminum tab. Dont bend tab 2.2.5 Mechanical shock Dont Fall, hit, bend batter
15、y body 2.2.6 Short Short terminals of battery is strictly prohibited, it may damage battery. 3.0 INSTRUCTION FOR USE 4.0 MECHANICAL INSTRUCTION Disassembly Procedure for Main Set 1. Remove 8pcs of screws on the side of bottom cabinet. 2. Open the bottom cabinet; unplug all the wire connecter from ma
16、in board. The wire connecters are for: DVD loader, battery board and TFT driver board, Key board and speaker. Remove all the screws on the main board(3 pcs) and SW board(1 pc); then take the main board from bottom cabinet. 3. up-plug the FFC from DVD driver, then you can take out the DVD Driver. 4.
17、Remove the flex FFC on the bottom side behind the black flannel 4.0 MECHANICAL INSTRUCTION 5. Remove 2 pcs of screws on the battery board. Then take out the battery together with the battery board. Remove 7pcs of screws on the key board and take away the black flannel you see, you can take the key b
18、oard from the DVD top cabinet. 6. Remove 4pcs of screws on the display frame. Carefully open the display frame with the catches by screwdriver.( There are six catches as shown in the pictures) Then you can see next picture. 7. To remove the hinge, remove the screws on the hinge. 4.0 MECHANICAL INSTR
19、UCTION 8. To remove the TFT, de-soldering the wire connected between TFT and TFT board first. (Please note the wire location as shown in picture during re- assembly) And unplug wire connecter from TFT board. 9. Take out the driver board from cabinet using eradicator. 4.0 MECHANICAL INSTRUCTION Disas
20、sembly Procedure for 2nd Screen 1. Remove 4pcs of screws on the side of bottom cabinet. 2. Open the bottom cabinet, up-plug all the wire connecter from main board, The wire connecter are for : audio board and speaker. Remove all the screws on the boards and up-plug the connect housing ,then you can
21、take each board out from bottom cabinet. 3. Take the black flannel away, de-soldering the wire connected between audio board and panel. 4. Then you can take the panel from display frame. But youd better becareful! The panel is adhere by two side tape rubbers as shown in the pictures. 5.0 TROUBLESHOO
