9、the S102 (POWER) detects REC/PLAYBACK on. It is mounted on the MAIN board, and therefore the REC/ PLAYBACK on cannot be detected with the MAIN board removed. When making an operation check and voltage check of mechanical deck with the MAIN board removed, fix the S102 at turn on. MAIN BOARD (Componen

10、t Side) SECTION 1 SERVICING NOTE Flexible Circuit Board Repairing Keep the temperature of the soldering iron around 270 C dur- ing repairing. Do not touch the soldering iron on the same conductor of the circuit board (within 3 times). Be careful not to apply force on the conductor when soldering or

11、unsoldering. Notes on chip component replacement Never reuse a disconnected chip component. Notice that the minus side of a tantalum capacitor may be dam- aged by heat. 15、-150-175) 7 TCM-150 SECTION 4 MECHANICAL ADJUSTMENTS 1.Clean the following parts with a denatured-alcohol-moistened swab: record/playback headpinch roller erase headrubber belt capstanidlers 2.Demagnetize the record/playback head with a head demagnetizer. (Do not bring the head demagnetizer close to

16、 the erase head.) 3.Do not use a magnetized screwdriver for the adjustments. 4.After the adjustments, apply suitable locking compound to the parts adjusted. 5.The adjustments should be performed with the rated power supply voltage (2.5 V) unless otherwise noted. Specification values: 3,030 to 3,050 Hz Confirm that deflection of the frequency counter rea

19、ding between the beginning and the end of tape is within 1% (approx. 30.4 Hz).
