22、DIG Service1 - 5 Ausbauhinweise 1. DVD/CD aus defektem Laufwerk entfernen Gehuseoberteil abnehmen (Punkt 2). Mit einem dnnen Schraubendreher durch das Loch 3 (Fig. 9) den Schieber ca. 2cm nach innen schieben und Schublade herausziehen. 2. Gehuseoberteil 3 Schrauben I (Fig. 2) herausdrehen. Gehuseobe

23、rteil nach hinten schieben und abnehmen. Montagehinweis: Gehuseoberteil ber der Rastnase H (Fig. 1) aufsetzen. Gehuseoberteil im Bereich der Rastnase und an den Seitenteilen vorsichtig zusammendrcken und in die Frontblende schieben. 3. Frontblende Schublade ffnen (bei defektem Laufwerk siehe Punkt 1

24、), 2 Rast- nasen N (Fig. 4) lsen und Schubladenblende abnehmen. 2 Schrauben E (Fig. 1) herausdrehen. 6 Rastnasen F / G lsen und Frontblende abnehmen. Gegebenenfalls Steckverbindung lsen. 4. Bedieneinheit Frontblende abnehmen (Punkt 3). 2 Schrauben L (Fig. 3) herausdrehen. Bedieneinheit links vorsich

25、tig anheben, dabei Rastnasen M(Fig. 3) lsen, dann Rastnasen Z lsen und Bedieneinheit herausnehmen. 5. Netzteil 4 Schrauben A (Fig. 1) und Schraube K (Fig. 2) herausdrehen. Netzteil herausnehmen. Gegebenenfalls Steckverbindung lsen. 6. Digital-Platte 4 Schrauben C / D (Fig. 1) und Schraube J (Fig. 2)

26、 heraus- drehen. Digital-Platte herausnehmen. Gegebenenfalls Steckverbindungen lsen. Achtung: Nach dem Tausch der Digital-Platte, des EEPROMs (U7) oder des FLASH (U15) muss ein Software-Upgrade (Seite 2-1) durch- gefhrt werden. 7. Laufwerkeinheit Frontblende abnehmen (Punkt 3). 4 Schrauben B / C (Fi

27、g. 1) herausdrehen. Laufwerkeinheit nach links schieben und herausnehmen. Gegebenenfalls Steckverbindungen lsen. Montagehinweis Die Digital-Platte muss sich bei der Montage ber den Fen des Laufwerks befinden. Disassembly Instructions 1. Opening the Tray when the Drive is Defective Remove the Cabinet

28、 Upper Part (Point 2). Insert a thin screw driver through the hole 3 (Fig. 9), push the slider about 2cm in inward direction then pull out the tray. 2. Cabinet Upper Part Undo the 3 screws I (Fig. 2). Slide the upper part of the cabinet to the rear then remove it. Reassembly hint: Place the upper pa

29、rt of the cabinet on the locking lug H (Fig. 1). Carefully press together the upper part of the cabinet in the area of the locking lug and the side parts then slide it into the front trim. 3. Front Trim Open the tray (with a defective drive mechanism, see Point 1), undo the 2 locking lugs N (Fig. 4)

30、 then remove the front trim of the tray . Undo the 2 screws E (Fig. 1). Undo the 6 locking lugs F / G then remove the front trim. Unplug the connector if necessary. 4. Keyboard Control Remove the front trim (Point 3). Undo the 2 screws L (Fig. 3). Carefullly lift the left side of the control. In doi

31、ng that, first disengage the locking lugs M (Fig. 3, then the locking lugs Z, and finaly remove the control unit. 5. Power Supply Undo the 4 screws A (Fig. 1) and the screw K (Fig. 2). Remove the power supply from the unit. Unplug the connector if necessary. 6. Digital Board Undo the 4 screws C / D

32、(Fig. 1) and the screw J (Fig. 2). Remove the digital board. Unplug the connectors if necessary. Attention: After replacing the digital board, the EEPROM (U7), or the FLASH (U15) a software upgrade must be carried out (page 2-3). 7. Drive Mechanism Unit Remove the front trim (Point 3). Undo the 4 sc

33、rews B / C (Fig. 1). Slide the drive mechanism unit to the left then remove it. Unplug the connectors if necessary. Laufwerkeinheit zerlegen Laufwerkeinheit ausbauen (Punkt 7). 8.1 Laufwerk-Platte ausbauen 2 Schrauben O (Fig. 5) herausdrehen und Laufwerk-Platte abneh- men. Gegebenenfalls Steckverbindungen lsen. Achtung: Die Lasereinheit ist sehr empfind- lich

35、 gegen statische Aufladungen (MOS- Bauteile)! Schlieen Sie deshalb die Flexprintleitung zur Lasereinheit vor dem Lsen der Steck- verbindung mit einer Broklammer kurz oder bringen Sie die Schutzltstellen P (Fig. 6) an. 8.2 Schublade ausbauen Zahnrad DM11 (Fig. 7) in Pfeilrichtung drehen bis sich die

36、Schubla- de bewegt, dann komplett herausziehen. 2 Schrauben Q (Fig. 8) herausdrehen. Rastnasen R (Fig. 8) lsen und Laufwerkoberteil abnehmen. Schublade abnehmen. Montagehinweis: Zahnrad DM14 (Fig. 9) so drehen, dass zwischen den Markierungen A der Steg B des Zahnrades DM16 gegenber steht. Schublade so aufsetzen, dass der mittlere Zahn D (Fig. 10) der Schublade in die markierte Lcke C des Zahnrades greift. Schublade durch Montage des Laufw
