3、C5508; HT-RC370 Symptom: Listening modes automatically change. Unit locks up. No commands are accepted by the unit. Important Note#1: Sometimes, it is hard to duplicate symptom. In such cases, also, replace connectors and cable. Important Note #2: After taking out both connectors clean the surface o

4、f the PCB before mounting the new connectors. Please see picture below. It shows the bottom surface of the bad connector. As you can see there is a lot of residue, which contaminates the board surface. It is must that you clean the surface on the PCB before mounting the connector. Cause: Insulation

5、failure between pins of IDE connector(s) might cause erratic behavior of Microprocessor. Contact problem in IDE cable from display board to micro board. Solution: Check the serial # of the unit. Only units having: * 8th digit of serial number: 0 or 9th digit of serial number: 1, 2, or 3 might have t

6、his symptom. For all of these units, replace both connectors (plugs) P7501A/B and the IDE cable. P7501A is on Main CPU Board, and P7501B is on Display Board.
