Symptom: Due to the disc trays warpage and rough surface coating, 12cm discs can get scratched when touching the edge of the 8cm disc guide on the t

2、ray. Solution: The tray must be replaced with a new one, with the warpage corrected, the type of coating changed and the surface smoothed. 5、DURE MANUAL 1. TAKE THE TRAY ESCUTCHEON OFF THE DISC TRAY 1) Plug in the unit; 2) Turn the Power switch on; 3) Push the OPEN/CLOSE button and open the TRAY; 4) Turn the Power switch off; 5) Take out the two screws at the bottom of the TRAY ESCUTCHEON; * Be careful not to let the L and R bushings (00

TAKE OFF THE TOP LID 1) Take out the 3 screws (flat-head, black-colored) each on the right and left sides that hold the TOP LID on the bottom side. 2) Take out the

DETACH THE FRONT PANEL ASSY 1) Take out

DETACH THE MECHANISM (MECHA LOADER) 1) Take out the 4 screws on the r

DETACH THE GUIDE CLAMP 1) Take out the 4 screws that hold t

23、he GUIDE CLAMP. 7. DETACH THE DISC TRAY 1) Take out the screws that hold the SHAFT-GUIDE-L and SHAFT-GUIDE-R. DEATCH THE SHAFT ON THE REAR SIDE OF THE DISC TRAY 1) Take

26、 out the screws that hold the TRAY-SHAFT. (2 on each of the left and right sides.) 2) Take out the screws that hold the TRAY-SHAFT. REPLACE THE DISC TRAY After replacing the DISC TRAY, reassemble the unit by reversing the disassembling procedure. NOTE
