Symptom: 1. When the unit is in Service Mode, the se

2、rial number is not displayed correctly. 2. When the volume is being controlled, the OSD may display unnecessary letters. Solution: 1. The microprocessor firmware must be updated. Firstly, please check the current firmware version in reference to “4. SERVICE MODE” in the Service Manual. After the cor

3、rection, please check the firmware version. 2. Update Firmware and the part number Firmware Ver: SR5002_070823_1.mot For information on how to rewrite the firmware, please refer to “6.
