Cause: Monitor detects problem by mist

2、ake because of unstable pixel clock for HDMI output IC. Procedure for service: 1) Remove Capacitor C8428 on HDMI Board NAVD-8824. 2) Change Resistor at R8524 from 33 ohm to 0ohm on HDMI Board NAVD-8824. 3、o 10ohm again. and finally to 0ohm . 0ohm is the best and 10ohm is better, but 10ohm and 22ohm are also effective.
