Tray cannot be opened because the driving pulley was not tight-fitted to the motor shaft. To res

2、olve Reason #1: Replace the pulley + motor assembly. Note: This problem can only occur in sets listed in the serial number range mentioned below. CC3000/N3B KY000202013616 to KY000215015456 CC4000/U3B KY000206006839 to KY000206007037 2. Carrousel jamming due to external resistance driving the cam-wh

3、eel to shift from original position. To resolve Reason #2: Add a 0.9 +0/-0.1mm PVC washer between the carrousel and covering plate.(see pictures below)The PVC washer dimension is inner d = 8mm and outer D = 15mm.
