SHOCK, FIRE HAZARD SERVICE TEST : CAUTION : After servicing this appliance and prior to returning to customer, measure the resistance between either primary AC cord connector pins ( with unit NOT connected to AC mains and its Power
8、 switch ON ), and the face or Front Panel of product and controls and chassis bottom. Any resistance measurement less than 1 Megohms should cause unit to be repaired or corrected before AC power is applied, and verified before it is return to the user/customer. Ref. (While pressing buttons, version is displayed on FLD) 3) Press 2 (Disc Select) and DISC SKIP button. Microprocessor

The writing of firmware takes about 15 seconds. 1. Connect th
21、e mains cord into the unit. 2. Press the POWER ON/STANDBY button to turn on the unit. 3. Press the OPEN/CLOSE button to open the tray. 4. Insert the update disc onto the disc tray number 1. 5. Press the 1 (Disc Select) button on front panel of the unit. 6. Then disc tray closes and read the TOC. 7.
22、UP dAtE (UPDATE) is displayed on the front display, and updating DSP firmware. 8. Suc CESS (SUCCESS) is displayed on the front display, and the tray opens automatically. 9. Remove the update disc from the tray. 10. Disconnect the mains cord from the unit. 11. Reconnect the mains cord from the unit.
23、12. Press the POWER ON/STANDBY button to turn on the unit. 13. Then the tray closes automatically. 14. Press the POWER ON/STANDBY button to turn off the unit. 15. Disconnect the mains cord. The firmware has been updated. To check the version number of the fi rmware, see the chapter no.6 SERVICE MODE
