2、pplied to stock units. Symptom: When in MULTI STANDBY, the unit will not accept particular commands (preset UP/DOWN) through either the RC232C or the XM TUNERs remote control. MULTI STANDBY represents the main unit alone being in standby while MULTIROOM is in use. Solution: 1. CPU (IC11) firmware mu
3、st be updated. First, please check the current firmware version as outlined in “4. SERVICE MODE” found in the Service Manual. After the update, please check the indicated firmware version number. 2. Update Firmware and the part number Firmware Ver: SR5002_080521_1.mot (For how to rewrite the firmwar
4、e, please refer to “6. UPDATE FIRMWARE” in the Service Manual.) Part No: 00M32CW499A03 Check the firmware version. If it is yet to be updated, please perform the latest update.
