Symptom: The problem of not playing Rhapsody occurs until the firmware is impro

4、ved because Rhapsody changed their server. Solution: When there is an inquiry from the customer regarding Rhapsody, do inform the customer of the update schedule. As for the improvement firmware, it is scheduled to be provided at the end of August 2011. The following message is displayed with GUI in

5、 the selection of Rhapsody when updating it to the firmware version from bulletin MZ11-078 (via DPMS). Rhapsody is temporarily unavailable. A firmware update will be coming soon. Please insure auto update notification is on. METHOD OF UPDATE via DPMS Updating the firmware (Refer to the Instruction M

SR-5006 Turn on the power source while pressing the ZONE SELECT and STATUS buttons at the same time to start the firmware in the version display mode. Press the STATUS button on the main unit to check the version. Serial Number Range: Please apply the above modification to the production models in the following serial numbers.
