2、tive plastic part mixing.) SOLUTION 1) Replace the Laser Pickup slide shaft of Loader Assy. This work is the same as DV4300 (SERVICE BULLETIN REF.NBR: MZ04-016). As for the details, Please see page 2/2. Difference of a shaft, the bottom form of slot is different. NECESSARY PART 1) Part no. 21AW11201

6、2 1. Open the disc tray. 2. Remove 2 screws. 3. Push 2 hooks to inside and remove the cover. 4.Remove 2 screws and remove plastic ring. 5. the Laser Pickup slide shaft is lifted to the upside and remove it 6.Grease is applied to the New Laser Pickup slide shaft Grease (FLOIL G754) is applied to both

7、 sides of shaft. When Pickup moves, grease is thinly applied so that it may not collect. Range of apply grease. Set projection and a slot 8.Attach Plastic ring and screws 9.Attach the cover 10.
