Symptom: If Windows 2000 /XP is used for updating software, the Flash ROM boot loader (starting program) will be d

2、amaged. The updater software does not support newer versions of the Windows OS. Solution: 1. The firmware updater is only supported by Windows 95 and Windows 98 OS. Attention: When Windows 2000/XP is used, The ROM (IC805) boot domain memory is destroyed. Updating becomes impossible again, and operat

3、ing the set becomes impossible. 2. If OS of PC Windows 2000 / XP is used for updating software and it becomes impossible to operate the unit, it will be necessary to replace IC805 with a new one (see Parts for details) and to update by Windows 95 / Windows 98. 3.
