(You may refer to the section of “Main components and P.C.B Locations” as described in the service m
18、anual) Before carrying out the disassembly process, please ensure all the safety precautions & procedures are followed. During the disassembly and/or assembly process, please handle with care as there may be chassis components with sharp edges. Avoid touching heatsinks due to its high temperature af
19、ter prolong use. (See caution as described below) During disassembly and assembly, please ensure proper service tools, equipments or jigs is being used. 32、sing as arrow shown. Step 6 : Release the Lid Spring as shown. Step 7 : Remove the Lid Spring as shown. Caution : Keep the Lid Spring in safe place and place them back during assembling. 35 Step 8 : Push the shaft (A) of the iPod Lid in the direction as shown. Caution : Do not exert strong force to

45、C.B.”. 9.16.1.Disassembly of Diode (D5802) Caution: Avoid touching the heatsink unit and SMPS P.C.B., due to its high temperature after prolonged use. Touching it may lead to injuries. Step 1 : Desolder pins of the Diode (D5802) on the solder side of SMPS P.C.B. Step 2 : Remove 1 screw. Step 3 : Rem
46、ove the Diode (D5802). 46 9.16.2.Assembly of Diode (D5802) Caution: Avoid touching the heatsink unit and SMPS P.C.B., due to its high temperature after prolonged use. Touching it may lead to injuries. Step 1 : Apply grease to the heatsink unit. Step 2 : Fix the Diode (D5802) onto SMPS P.C.B. Caution
47、: Ensure the pins of Diode (D5802) is inserted and seated properly on the SMPS P.C.B. Step 3 : Fix the Diode (D5802) onto the heatsink unit with 1 screws. Caution: Ensure the Diode (D5802) is tightly screwed to the Heatsink. Step 4 : Solder pins of the Diode (D5802). Caution: Ensure the Diode (D5802) is seated properly onto the SMPS P.C.B. before soldering. 47 9.17.Replacement of Power Amp IC (IC5701) Refer to “Disassembly of SMPS P.C.
