1、 Service Information 541/541i PROBLEM: You may have a complaint about an odour coming from the cd player after it has been turned on for a while. CAUSE: The rubber pad securing the toroid transformer is warming up slightly and emitting an odour from the unit. SOLUTION: Replace the existing rubber pa

2、d with a new pad. The part number for this new pad is C541/C541I TRANS PAD. The existing pad will in no way have any effect on the transformers performance or safety issues, aside from this odour. The new pad when installed will not have this odour.
