1、 Service Information T762 Circuit Change (Revised) PROBLEM: You may have the complaint, receiver turns on and the front panel display shows the message “OVERHEAT. CAUSE: A screw on the power amplifier circuit board is loose causing a poor ground and triggering a false “overheat” condition. SOLUTION:

2、 PART A: Looking from the front of the unit, locate and tighten the screw on the amplifier board which is on the right hand side of the power amp module. - 2 - RadioFans.CN 收音机爱 好者资料库 PART B: Add a ground wire connecting the thermal switch (ground pin), and the mounting pin of S351 in TRIGGER PCB. Note: This modification has been implemented in production and only a very small number of early production units are at risk for this fault.
