YES NO DESCRIPTION: During a playback from a digital surround source you may find a white noise sound coming

2、from one or more speakers during the first few minutes after turn on. REASON: The voltage regulator on the dsp board is running just above nominal rating causing the DSP board I.C.s to produce white noise when first turned on. SOLUTION: The resistor R1081 needs to be changed to a lower value, from 3

3、.3K ohm to 2.7k ohm. To do this it is not recommended to remove the resistor as it is a a surface mount type. Instead a 15K ohm resistor 1/8W can be placed in parellel with the 3.3K ohm resistor to give an overal value of 2.7K ohm. Location is between pin 1 of U1015 and ground. See Figure 1 for reference.
