Display may be locked up with incomplete information showing. This problem is usually intermittent, and only affects a small number of units

3、. Front panel PCB Change crystal loading capacitors C251, C252 near U202, and C253, C254 near U201. The value should be changed from 33pf to the new value of 18pf. The spec for the cap is: Value = 18pF 50V, SMD 0603 (0603 is the physical size). The front panel needs to be dropped down (remove screws at top and bottom) to gain access to these capacitors.
