2、t be applied to stock units. Symptom: 1. When the Audyssey measures an environment wherein the distance between the speaker and the microphone is over 9.15m (30 ft), the unit may not display the measuring results in normal figures. 2. When the unit is connected to a TrueHD source via HDMI, the conne

3、ction may fail, resulting in no audio coming out. 3. When in ZONE STANDBY, the unit cannot accept some particular remote- control commands used for XM tuners via RC232C. 4. The NETWORK MENU indicator must be improved. 5. When the unit is in STANDBY with a remote connected to the FLASHER input, comma

4、nds cannot be sent to the RC5 OUT. 6. The /N1B (only) unit may not output audio only in ZONE STANDBY. Solution: The MAIN CPU (Mode 1), HDMI CPU (Mode 3) and DMP Sub CPU (Mode 6) software must be updated. First, please check the version of the current firmware using SERVICE MODE as outlined in the Se

5、rvice Manual. After performing the update, check the indicated firmware version. For “how to rewrite the firmware”, refer to “6. 8、 updated, make sure to perform the latest update. Details of the modifications 1. The unit is enabled to limit the distance when a report comes from the Audyssey and displayed. 2. The reconnection when HD audio signals cannot be locked has been readjusted. 3. The “MTP:0 xx, MTP=0 xx, MTF:0 xxxxx, MT

9、F=0 xxxxx” commands for ZONE STANDBY “ZONE A PRESET XM xx:17 68 01-60 ZONE B PRESET XM xx:17 69 01-60” are rewritten. 4. The unit is modified to output when in STANDBY mode. 5. The tuner mute port is set to function properly in ZONE STANDBY. Parts: Serial Number Range: 1) AV8003/U1B applies to MZ000
