SR8001 has HDMI 1 and HDMI 2 outputs are switchable by RS232C commands (HDM: 0, 1, 2), or by the remote commands (16 120 00, 16 12

2、0 01, 16 120 02). 2. When a Pioneer DV696AV is connected to the SR7001 or SR8001 with HDMI and plays a disc with the surround mode set to a Pro Logic IIx (Movie or Music or Game) or Circle Surround (Cinema or Music or Mono), no sound is produced out of the surround L/R speakers. 3. No sound may be h

3、eard from the surround back speakers even when the Speaker C switch is off. 4. When the OK key on the remote control unit is pressed to display the MAIN MENU, the onscreen display may show 1. INPUT MENU instead of MAIN MENU. Solution: 1. Update the MAIN and HDMI microprocessor software and DSP codes

4、. First, please check the version of each software and DSP codes in reference to the software versions indicated below. For the procedure, refer to the Service Manual on Page 10 of Service Mode. 2. Names and part numbers of the software to be updated (SR8001_Main0609261_Hdmi044_Dsp09041.zip) Content
