2、n BeoSound 1 - AERIAL. Press to extend and retract the built-in aerial. - DELETE is used to delete station settings and to omit CD tracks from playback. - STORE is used to store radio stations and volume level. - l n. Use for searching through a CD, for tuning in radio stations and for activating th

3、e AUX socket (press simultaneously). - STOP. Use in CD playback to pause and stop, for programming Stop timers and for tuning in radio stations. - LOAD. Press to open and close the CD compartment. - l CD n. Press to switch on the CD player. Press to step forwards or backwards through tracks. - l RAD

4、IO n. Press to switch on the radio. Press to step forwards or backwards through radio stations. - u VOLUME r. Press to turn the volume up or down. Press both to mute speakers. - V. Press to switch BeoSound 1 to standby. Change display light - Press and hold STORE. Press u VOLUME r to adjust the disp

5、lay light up or down. Make and delete Stop Timer - Press STOP. The minutes is displayed. Press STOP to change the number of minutes. Wait 5 seconds and the Stop Timer is stored. Delete a Stop Timer by selecting another source or set the minutes for 00. Store and delete radio stations - Search for th

6、e station using l n. Press STORE when the requested station is found. Use l n to change program number if wanted. Press STORE again. Press DELETE twice to delete the radio station playing. Set BeoSound 1 in option 0 (no IR) or option 1 (IR) using Beo4 - BeoSound 1 must be in standby. Press and hold

7、V then press LIST. Press LIST (until OPTION) then GO. Press LIST (until A.OPTION) then GO. Press 0 or 1. 11、umper J2 on PCB2 (see 6) is mounted. - If mains voltage from 220V-240V AC ensure that jumper J2 on PCB2 (see 6) is removed. Adjustment after replacement of speaker units Only a simple adjustment is necessary if a speaker unit has been replaced. - Read-out the value on back of the new speaker unit (

12、8.1). Compare with values in the table and fi nd the speaker value ( 8.2). - Enter TM44. Set the speaker value for the speaker in question. See #3 Test mode for further information. 13、use of BeoSound 1 please refer to the BeoSound 1 Guide. Reassemble BeoSound 1 - Reassemble BeoSound 1 if not done already. See 11.1 Dissambly/Assembly of BeoSound 1 if necessary. Perform an AC leakage test Check the antenna terminals and other exposed metal parts for AC leakage. - Remove the line ca

14、ble from the AC source (the wall outlet). - Place a jumper across the two AC plug prongs. - Use a multi-meter, set for measurements in the Ohm-area. - Place one lead from the multi-meter on the AC plug and place the other lead on each of the exposed metal parts, that is antenna connection, aerial an

15、d front cover. - The resistance during these measurements must be of 1 Mega Ohm or more. If resistance is below 1 Mega Ohm, this indicates an abnormal situation and corrective actions must be taken. Please note: Avoid any skin contact either with the AC plug nor the metal parts while performing the

16、test, as it may infl uence the measurement. Connect mains voltage to BeoSound 1 - Reconnect mains voltage and turn on BeoSound 1. See #4 Theft protection if necessary. Read-out and clear error codes - Enter TM27 and read-out the errors for service use. Clear errors when done. See #3 Test mode if nec

17、essary. Check keyboard functions - Check that all keyboard buttons are OK. Check Radio functions - Tune in and store at least one radio station. Check other radio functions as well. Check CD functions - Insert a CD in the CD-loader. The test-CD SBC 444A can be used. Ensure that tracks 10, 17 and 19

18、on the CD are being played correctly. Check speakers - Ensure that all speakers are playing correctly and without dissonance. Check surfaces and clean these if necessary - Use a dry, soft cloth. If necessary remove persistent dirt with a lint-free, fi rmly wrung cloth, dipped in a solution of water

19、containing only a few drops of mild detergent. The front may also be cleaned with a soft brush mounted on a vacuum cleaner set to the lowest level. 23、heiten Nach dem Austausch eines Lautsprechers ist nur eine einfache Einstellung erforderlich. - Lesen Sie den Wert auf der Rckseite der neuen Lautsprechereinheit ab ( 8.1). Vergleichen Sie diesen Wert mit der Tabelle und suchen Sie den Lautsprecherwert ( 8.2). - Geben Sie TM44 ein. Stellen Sie den L

24、autsprecherwert fr den jeweiligen Lautsprecher ein. 25、ng. Zusammenbau des BeoSound 1 - Bauen Sie das BeoSound 1 zusammen, falls noch nicht erfolgt. Siehe ggf. 11.1 Zerlegung/Zusammenbau des BeoSound 1. Durchfhrung eines AC-Leckspannungstests Prfen Sie die Antennenbuchsen und andere freiliegende Metallteile auf AC- Leckspannung. - Trennen Sie das Netzka

26、bel vom Netz (Wanddose). - Bringen Sie eine Brcke ber den beiden Netzsteckerstiften an. - Stellen Sie ein Multimeter auf den Widerstandsmessbereich ein. - Verbinden Sie ein Kabel des Multimeters mit dem Netzstecker und das andere Kabel mit allen freiliegenden Metallteilen, d.h. Antennenanschluss, An

27、tenne und Frontabdeckung. - Der Messwert bei dieser Messung muss 1 Megaohm oder mehr betragen. Ein Widerstand unter 1 Megaohm zeigt einen Fehler an, der beseitigt werden muss. Bitte beachten: Vermeiden Sie Hautkontakt mit dem Netzstecker und den Metallteilen whrend der Messung, da dies die Messung b

28、eeinfl ussen kann. Anschluss der Netzspannung an das BeoSound 1 - Schlieen Sie die Netzspannung wieder an und schalten Sie das BeoSound 1 ein. Siehe ggf. Abschnitt #4 Diebstahlsicherung. Auslesen und Lschen von Fehlercodes - Geben Sie TM27 ein und lesen Sie die Fehlercodes fr den Servicegebrauch aus

29、. Lschen Sie anschlieend die Fehlercodes. Siehe ggf. Abschnitt #3 Testmodus. Prfung der Tastaturfunktionen - Prfen Sie die Funktion aller Tastaturtasten. Prfung der Radiofunktionen - Stellen Sie mindestens einen Radiosender ein und speichern Sie ihn. Prfen Sie auch die anderen Radiofunktionen. Prfun

30、g der CD-Funktionen - Legen Sie eine CD in den CD-Lader ein. Hierzu kann die Test-CD SBC 444A benutzt werden. Prfen Sie, ob die Titel 10, 17 und 19 auf der CD korrekt wiedergegeben werden. Prfung der Lautsprecher - Prfen Sie, ob alle Lautsprecher korrekt und ohne Strungen funktionieren. Prfung und g

31、gf. Reinigung der Oberfl chen - Benutzen Sie ein trockenes, weiches Tuch. Entfernen Sie hartnckigen Schmutz ggf. mit einem fusselfreien, gut ausgewrungenen Tuch, das zuvor mit wenigen Tropfen einer milden Reinigungslsung getrnkt wurde. Die Frontseite kann auch mit einer weichen Brste an einem auf ni

Rglage aprs remplacement de PCB2, SMPS - Si la tension dalimentation est de 100V-120V CA, sassurer que le fi l de fermeture de circuit J2 de la PCB2 (voi

35、r 6) est install. - Si la tension dalimentation est de 220V-240V CA, sassurer que le fi l de fermeture de circuit J2 de la PCB2 (voir 6) est retir. Rglage aprs remplacement des enceintes Un simple rglage seulement est ncessaire en cas de remplacement dune enceinte. - Affi cher la valeur au dos de la

36、 nouvelle enceinte ( 8.1). La comparer avec les valeurs du tableau et trouver la valeur de lenceinte ( 8.2). - Entrer en mode TM44. Rgler la valeur pour lenceinte concerne. 37、du BeoSound 1 Pour toute information concernant lutilisation gnrale du BeoSound 1, prire de vous reporter au Manuel du BeoSound 1. Remontage du BeoSound 1 - Remonter le BeoSound 1 si cela nest dj fait. Voir 11.1 Dmontage/Montage du BeoSound 1 si ncessaire. Effectuer un test de fuite CA Vrifi er les

38、bornes de lantenne et dautres parties mtalliques exposes dventuelles fuites CA. - Retirer le cble secteur de la source CA (prise murale). - Placer un fi l de fermeture de circuit travers les deux broches de la prise CA. - Utiliser un multimtre rgl pour mesurer en Ohms. - Placer lune des fi ches du m

39、ultimtre sur la prise CA et lautre fi che sur chacune des parties mtalliques exposes, cest-dire la connexion dantenne, lantenne et le couvercle de faade. - La rsistance lors de ces mesures doit tre suprieure ou gale 1 MOhm. Si la rsistance est infrieure 1 MOhm, cela indique une situation anormale et

40、 il faut alors mettre en place des actions correctives. Prire de noter : Eviter tout contact entre la peau et la prise CA ou les parties mtalliques pendant la ralisation du test du fait quil pourrait avoir une infl uence sur les mesures. Connecter la tension secteur au BeoSound 1 - Remettre la tensi

41、on secteur et allumer le BeoSound 1. Voir #4 Protection antivol si ncessaire. Affi cher et effacer les codes derreur - Entrer en mode TM27 et affi cher les codes derreur utiliser en cas de service. Effacer les erreurs aprs utilisation. Voir #3 Mode test si ncessaire. Vrifi er les fonctions du clavie

42、r - Vrifi er que toutes les touches du clavier fonctionnent correctement. Vrifi er les fonctions de la radio - Rgler et mmoriser au minimum une station de radio. Vrifi er galement dautres fonctions de la radio. Vrifi er les fonctions du lecteur de CD - Mettre un CD dans le chargeur de CD. Il est pos

43、sible dutiliser le CD de test SBC 444A. Sassurer que la lecture des morceaux 10, 17 et 19 du CD est correcte. Vrifi er les enceintes - Sassurer que toutes les enceintes fonctionnent correctement et sans dissonance. Vrifi er les surfaces et les nettoyer en cas de besoin - Utiliser un chiffon doux et

44、sec. Si ncessaire, retirer des taches rsistantes avec un chiffon sans peluches, tremp dans une solution deau contenant quelques gouttes de dtergent doux.
