Certains semi-conducteurs peuvent tre facilement endommags par llectricit statique (les circuits intgrs et certains transistors effet de champs et les composants semi-conducteurs de

26、 type chip). Les techniques suivantes doivent tre utilises pour rduire linci- dence des dommages causs par llectricit statique. 1. Immdiatement avant de manipuler tout composant semi-conducteur ou ensemble quip de semi-conducteurs, liminez toute char- ge lectrostatique de votre corps en touchant une

27、 terre connue. Ou bien, mettez un bracelet antistatique, qui doit tre retir, pour des raisons de choc lectrique, avant de mettre lappareil sous tension. 2. Aprs dmontage dun ensemble lectrique quip dlments ESD, Placez lensemble sur une surface conductrice telle quune feuille daluminium. 3. Nutilisez

28、 quun fer souder relier la masse pour souder ou dessouder les appareils ESD. 4. Pour dessouder, nutilisez que du matriel antistatique. 5. Nutilisez pas de produits chimiques propulsion de fron. 6. Ne retirez pas de composant ESD de leur emballage de protection jusqu ce que vous soyez prt linstaller.

29、 7. Juste avant de retirer la protection des broches du composant ESD, touchez la protection sur le chssis ou le circuit dans lequel le composant va tre install.
