11、ed by turning the phono -radio tone con trol to either 3rd or 4th position clockwise and giving the turntable a clockwise spin with the hand. Smooth starting and running will be insured by keeping the bearings well cleaned and oiled. Hum and Vibration.-A small amount of hum when start - Mg, decreasi

12、ng to a negligible amount when running, is normal. If excessive vibration occurs it may be due to: 1. Insufficient lubrication, or any failure that will cause binding. 2. Leather washer not oiled.
