3、our test equip ment These factors may create considerable variation in gam measurements. _ ALIGNMENT PROCEDURE Remove chassis and loop antenna from cabinet (do not remove loop of wire stapled to cabinet). After (Asis has replace loop antenna in cabinet. Stand the chassis on one end and space it appr

4、oximately same distance from loop as when installed in cabinet. Then reconnect all leads to loop antenna and to loop of wire stapled on cabinet. Note that there are four calibrating lines stamped into the metal dial frame. When gang condenser is fully meshed, dial pointer should be in the position i

5、ndicated by first line at the left. If it is set incorrectly, release pointer clip on dial cord and reposition Connect an output meter across the speaker voice coil or from plate of 35L6GT tube to B through a .1 Mfd. condenser (see voltage chart for convenient B connection). Connect ground lead from

6、 signal generator to B through a .25 Mfd. condenser. Set volume control at maximum volume position and use a weak signal from the signal generator.
