Precaution to replace Optical block (KSS-213F) Body or clothes electrostatic potential could ruin laser diode in the optical block. Be sure ground body and workb

Disassembling Procedure of the Panels 1-1. Removing the PANEL SIDE R 1)Remove the six screws and remove

16、 the PANEL SIDE R. 1-2. Removing the PANEL SIDE L 1)Remove the four screws and remove the PANEL SIDE L. 1-3. Removing the PANEL TOP 1)Remove the three screws and remove the PANEL TOP. (Remove the connector of the cassette deck.) 1-4. Removing the PANEL REAR 1)Remove the 11 screws and remove the PANE

17、L REAR. 5 2. Removal Procedure of the CD Mechanism 2-1. Pulling out the CD mechanism 1)Lay the set on its side and remove the four screws. 2)1 Remove two screws of the rear side. 2 And, remove the two screws. 1 1 22 6 3)Then, remove the FFC of the CD mechanism side. (22P and 6P) 4)1 Lift up gently t

18、he CHAS MD. 2 Pull out the CHAS REAR to the rear side and remove the screw of 3 from the CHAS MD. 5)While removing the screw of 1, 2 pull out the CD mechanism together with the CHAS MAIN and the CHAS REAR. 1 2 3 1 1 2 7 2-2.
