Specifications subject to change without notice. 54-2127-01B 0409 Description The MA3 Module Adapter Kit allows Bogens latest line of input modules to work with the D-Series line of amplif

2、iers (Models DMA40, DMA80, DMA160, DMP06, and DPA160). One MA3 kit can adapt up to 3 modules in a single D-Series amplifier. Two MA3 kits can be used in the same D-Series amplifier to adapt up to 6 modules. Note: Signal-processing output modules are not compatible with the D-Series line of amplifier

3、s. Installation Master Adapter A master adapter must always be installed, but the two slave adapters are optional and may be installed on an as needed basis. 1. Connect the power supply to the adapter.Wire tie the power supply cord to the connector if desired. 2. Connect the module to the adapter an

4、d slide the power supply cord below the module. 3. Insert the two screws supplied with the module through the module screw holes and then through the two washers, with the larger washer first and the smaller retaining washer second.Then, insert the module and adapter into the module bay by sliding t

5、hem along the card guides inside the module bays. Secure them to the chassis using the two screws. A gap between the units back panel and the module will exist to allow the power supply wire to exit. Slave Board Once the master module adapter is installed, the slave adapters can be installed if need

6、ed. Slave adapters will not work without a master adapter. 1. Connect the module to the adapter. 2. Insert the module and adapter into the module bay by sliding them along the card guides inside the module bays. Use the two screws supplied with the module to secure it to the chassis. No washers are

7、used and the module should be flush with the units back panel. Any part of the product covered by this warranty that, with normal installation and use, becomes defective will be repaired or replaced by Bogen, at o

9、ur option, provided the product is shipped insured and prepaid to: Bogen Factory Service Department, 50 Spring Street, Ramsey, NJ 07446, USA. The product will be returned to you freight prepaid. This warranty does not extend to any of our products that have been subjected to abuse, misuse, improper

10、storage, neglect, accident, improper installation or have been modified or repaired or altered in any manner whatsoever, or where the serial number or date code has been removed or defaced. THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY IS BOGENS SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY AND THE PURCHASERS SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REM

BOGEN MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWABLE BY LAW. Bogens liability arising out of the manufacture, sale or supplying

12、 of products or their use or disposition, whether based upon warranty, contract, tort or otherwise, shall be limited to the price of the product. In no event shall Bogen be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data or loss o

13、f use damages) arising out of the manufacture, sale or supplying of products, even if Bogen has been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequen- tial damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply

14、 to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. Products that are out of warranty will also be repaired by the Bogen Factory Service Department - same address as above or call 201-934-8500. The parts and labor involved in the

15、se repairs are warranted for 90 days when repaired by the Bogen Factory Service Department. All shipping charges in addition to parts and labor charges will be at the owners expense.
