Any part of the produc t c ov- ered by this warranty that, with normal insta

11、llation and use, bec omes defec tive will be repaired or replac ed by Bogen, at our option, provided the produc t is shipped insured and prepaid to: Bogen Fac tory Servic e Department, 50 Spring Street, Ramsey , NJ 07446, USA. The produc t will be returned to y ou freight prepaid. This warranty does

12、 not ex tend to any of our produc ts that have been subjec ted to abuse, misuse, improper storage, neglec t, ac c ident, improper installation or have been modified or repaired or altered in any manner whatsoever, or where the serial number or date c ode has been removed or defac ed. THE FOREGOING L

13、IMITED WARRANTY IS BOGEN S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY AND THE PURCHASER S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. BOGEN MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ALL IMPLIED WAR- RANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED TO THE

Bogens liability arising out of the manufac ture, sale or supply ing of produc ts or their use or disposition, whether based upon warranty , c ontrac t, tort or otherwise, shall be limited to the pric e of the prod- uc t. In no event shall Bogen be liable for spec ia

15、l, inc idental or c onsequential damages (inc luding, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of use damages) arising out of the manufac - ture, sale or supply ing of produc ts, even if Bogen h a s b een a dvised of th e possib ility of suc h da ma ges or losses. 17、lso be repaired by the Bogen Fac tory Servic e Department - same address as above or c all 201-934-8500. The parts and labor involved in these repairs are warranted for 90 day s when repaired by the Bogen Fac tory Servic e Department. All shipping c harges in addition to parts and labor c harges will be at the owners ex pense.
