1、Installation Instr uctions 1.Unsc rew wing nu t and remov e t hreaded pin t o separat e t he mou nt ing base from t he horn. Use t he base as a t emplat e for t he mount ing holes. Drill t hree mount ing holes and at t ac h t he base u sing appropriat e hardware (not inc lu ded). See Figure 1 IMPORT

2、ANT: Make sure the base sits flat on the mounting surface. Tightening the base down on an uneven surface could cause the base to fracture. The speaker c an be mount ed t o an I-beam flange using Bogens ac c essory BC1 Beam Clamp. The slot in t he base also allows st rapping t o be used as a means of

3、 mount ing t he horn (use a st rapping mat erial c apable of support ing t he weight of t he speaker and any ex t ernal loads on t he horn suc h as wind). 2. Reassemble horn on base aft er it has been mount ed. 3. Remov e t he plast ic c ov er t o make t he elec t ric al c onnec t ions (see Figure 2

4、). Connec t t he 70V or 25V “hot ” lead t o t he #1 t erminal and t he syst em c ommon lead t o t he #2 t erminal. Follow t his pat t ern on all similar speakers t o ensure proper phasing; howev er, t he speakers will work perfec t ly well if t he c onnec - t ions are rev ersed. 4. Adjust t he t ap

5、selec t or swit c h t o t he desired wat t age using t he c hart below and sec ure t he plast ic c ov er bac k in plac e. 5. Loosen Wing Nut , t ilt and swiv el t he horn t o t he desired orient at ion, t hen re-t ight en. Hand tighten wing nuts. Do not use plier s or tools. KFLDS30T Wide Dispersion
