Do not allow foreign objects to get into the enclosure. If the unit is exposed to moisture, or a foreign object gets into the enclosure, immediately

5、 disconnect the power cord from the wall. Take the unit to a qualified ser- vice person for inspection and necessary repairs. Read all the instructions before connecting or operating the unit. Keep this manual so you can refer to these safety in- structions. Heed all warnings and safety information

6、in these instruc- tions and on the product itself. Follow all operating instruc- tions. Clean the unit only with a dry cloth or a vacuum cleaner. Keep the ventilation inlets on the unit unobstructed. For ex- ample, do not place the unit on a bed, sofa, rug, or similar surface that could block the ve

7、ntilation slots. If the unit is placed in a bookcase or cabinet, there must be sufficient clearance around the unit and ventilation of the cabinet to allow proper cooling. Keep the unit away from radiators, heat registers, stoves, or any other appliance that produces heat. The unit must be connected

8、 to a power supply only of the type and voltage specified on the rear panel of the unit. Connect the unit to the power outlet only with the supplied 2-pin polarized power supply cable or an exact equivalent. Do not modify the supplied cable in any way. Do not attempt to defeat grounding and/or polar

9、ization provisions. The cable should be connected to a 2-pin polarized wall outlet, match- ing the wide blade of the plug to the wide slot of the recep- tacle. Do not use extension cords. Do not route the power cord where it will be crushed, pinched, bent at severe angles, exposed to heat, or damage

10、d in any way. Pay particular attention to the power cord at the plug and where it exits the back of the unit. The power cord should be unplugged from the wall outlet if the unit is to be left unused for a long period of time. Immediately stop using the unit and have it inspected and/ or serviced by

11、a qualified service agency if: The power supply cord or plug has been damaged. Objects have fallen, or liquid has been spilled, into the unit. The unit has been exposed to rain. The unit shows signs of improper operation The unit has been dropped or damaged in any way Place the unit on a fixed, leve

12、l surface strong enough to support its weight. Do not place the unit on a move- able cart that could tip over. 30、inea Conexiones de Entrada de Nivel de Lnea Espaol Problemas y Posibles Soluciones La mayora de dificultades que suelen producirse en los sistemas de audio son el resultado de conexiones realizadas incorrec- tamente o ajustes inapropiados. En caso de que usted se encuentre con algn problema, asle en

31、 primer lugar el rea afectada, compruebe los ajustes de control realizados, determine la causa del fallo y haga los cambios necesarios. Si se ve incapaz de hacer funcionar de nuevo al RC-972, considere las sugerencias que le damos para las siguientes condiciones: El Indicador Luminoso de Puesta en M

32、archa No Se Activa El Indicador Luminoso de Puesta en Marcha debera activarse en el momento de conectar el RC-972 a una toma de corriente elctrica y pulsar el Conmutador de Puesta en Marcha. En caso de que no se active, compruebe dicha toma con otro dispositivo elctrico, como por ejemplo una bombill

33、a, y asegrese de que la misma no est controlada por un conmutador que est situado en su posicin Off. Sustitucin del Fusible En el caso de que otro dispositivo elctrico conectado a la toma anterior funcione correctamente y el indicador luminoso de Puesta en Marcha del RC-972 siga sin activarse cuando

34、 este ltimo est conectado a dicha toma, significa que es muy posible que el fusible de proteccin interno del aparato se haya fundido. Si usted cree que ha sucedido esto, contacte con su distribuidor autorizado de productos Rotel para que le proporcione uno nuevo y se lo instale adecuadamente. No Hay

35、 Sonido Compruebe la fuente de sonido para asegurarse de que su funcionamiento es el correcto. Asegrese de que los cables que van desde la fuente de seal a las entradas del RC-972 estn conectados adecuadamente. Asegrese de que el Selector de Escucha est situado en la fuente adecuada. Verifique que l
