3、he leakage current must not exceed0.5mA.DISMANTLING INSTRUCTIONSDismantling of the Cover Cassette and Universal Loader1) Remove the Cover Cassette (pos 150) in the direction asshown in Figure 1.2) Loosen 4 screws to remove the Cover Top (pos 240) bysliding it out towards the rear before lifting up.-
4、 2 screws on the rear- 1 screw each on the left & right side3) Loosen 2 screws each to remove the Panel Left (pos 180)and Panel Right (pos 181). The Panels are removed bysliding it towards the rear and outwards.- 1 screw on the rear- 1 screw on the side- see Service position A4) Use a screw driver t
5、o give a push in the direction as shownin Figure 2 and Figure 2A to unlock the Loader Tray beforesliding it out.5) Slide out the Loader Tray and remove the Cover CD (pos110 + pos 111) in the direction as shown in Figure 3.6) Loosen 4 screws A (see Figure 4) to remove the BracketModule Mounting (pos

7、 Front Panel assembly from the Bottom/Rear assembly2) Release the fixation of the Combi Board (pos1102-1003)to Bracket Combi (pos 155) by releasing the 2 catches C1(see Figure 7) and pulling the Combi Board outwards asshown in Figure 7A.3) Uncatch 2 catches C2 (see Figure 7) on the left & rightsides
8、 of the Cabinet Front (pos 101) and slides the FrontPanel assembly out towards the front.- see Service position CFigure 51) Slide out the Loader Tray fully and remove 4 screws B (seeFigure 5) to detach the Universal Loader (pos 1103) fromthe Bracket Module Mounting (pos 156).- see Service position B

This will not affect theperformance of the r
15、est of the set.Note: The flex cables are very fragile, care should be takennot to damage them during repair.
