Sn + Ag + Cu (tin + silver + copper) Sn + Cu (tin + copper)

As the melting point temperature of the lead free solderis about 30C to 40C (50F to 70F) higher than that ofthe lead solder, be sure to use a soldering iron suitableto each solder.2. If lead solder must be used, be sure to remove leadfree solder from eac

49、007G When checking the P.C.B.:a. Remove the Top Cover and the Front Panel Unit.b. Remove 6 screws (6) in Fig. 3.c. Remove 5 screws (7) in Fig. 3.d. Remove 3 screws (8) in Fig. 3.e. Remove the Power Transformer and Main P.C.B. (withthe rear panel attached) from the main chassis.f. With the rear panel

50、 attached, set the Main P.C.B on itsside. At this time, set the Power Transformer on its sideas well in Fig. 4.g. Using a lead wire or the like, connect G250 of the Main(1) P.C.B. with the rear panel in Fig. 4.h. With the Front Panel Unit set on its side, connect 5connectors (CB251, CB253, CB210, CB
