11、inally installed. LITHIUM BATTERY HANDLING This product uses a lithium battery for memory back-up. WARNING : Lithium batteries are dangerous because they can be exploded by improper handling. Observe the following precautions when handling or replacing lithium batteries. Leave lithium battery replac

12、ement to qualified service personnel. Always replace with batteries of the same type. When installing on the PC board by soldering, solder using the connection terminals provided on the battery cells. Never solder directly to the cells. Perform the soldering as quickly as possible. Never reverse the

13、 battery polarities when installing. Do not short the batteries. Do not attempt to recharge these batteries. Do not disasemble the batteries. Never heat batteries or throw them into fire. However, the backup battery will eventually become depleted, and when that happens the internal clock data will be reset. Replace th

22、e backup battery before it becomes fully depleted. When the backup battery is running low, the LCD display indicates “Low Battery” when you start up the system. In this case, immediately save the data to a USB memory. The average life of the backup battery is approximately five years, depending on o

23、perating conditions. Be sure to perform it BACKUP BATTERY（） Functionality can be restricted for users other than the administrator at three levels of security: administrator, guest, and user. Passwords can be specifi ed for the administrator and for users to help prevent important settings from bein

24、g changed accidentally. Information specifi c to each user (user level, system settings, and user-defi ned key/knob settings) can be stored on the unit or on a USB fl ash drive as a “user authentication key.” By loading your own user authentication key, you can instantly reconfi gure the unit for yo

25、ur own ideal operating environment.
