Select the desired speed.3. Connect the sound source to the tape deck am-plifier.4. Select the proper tracks to record onl Stereo
10、Mon. l-4, or Mon. 2-3.5. Depress the Record Lock and turn the FunctionSelector to Play-Record simultaneously.6. Turn volume control(s) until the record levelmeter(s) fluctuate in the correct area of themeter(s).7. To stop recording, return Function Selector tothe Stop position.RavindTurn Function Se
11、lector to Rewind to rewind thetape onto the supply reelFast ForwardDepress the Fast Forward Lock and simultan-eously turn the Function Seleetor to play-Record po-sition to advance the tape to a desired spot rapidly.Playing a Recorded Tape1. Place the reel of tape on the supply spindle (left)and thre
12、ad the tape from left to right.2. Select the correct speed.3. Turn Selector to the positionwhich correspondsto the tape.4. Turn Function Seleetor toPlay-Record position.5. Adjust the volume control(s)to desired listeninglevel.Eras i ng Recorded MaterialAny recording is automatically erased before an
13、ew recording is put on the tape when it is in Recordposition. To erase a recording without putting newmaterial on the tape, proceed as follows:1. Thread the tape.2. Turn Selector to tracks to be erased.3. Turn the volume control to its minimum counter-c,lockwise position.4. Depress the Reeord Lock a
14、nd simultaneouslyturn Function Selector to Play-Record position.5. Use same procedure to erase the remainingtracks if so desired.Qua rter-T rack Recordi ngOne-fourth of the tape width ls recorded at atime, thereby resulting in four-track recording. Thisfour-track recording is aceomplished in the fol
15、lowingmanner:1. Thread the tape.2. Turn Selector to Mono. 1-4.3. Proceed as described under To Record.4. Afterthe flrsttrack isrecorded, andall thetapewound onto the takeup reel, return the FunctionSelector to StoP.5. Remove the reels, turn them over, place tte fullreel on the supply (tett) splndle,
16、 rethread, thetape and continue the recording.6. After this track, which is track 4, is recorded,return the Function Selector to Stop.7. Turn the Selector to Mono. 2-3.8. Remove the reels, turn them over, place thefull reel on the supply (left) spindle,. rethreadthe tape, and continue the recording.
17、9. After this track, whlch is track 2, ls recorded,turn the Frietion Selector to Stop.10. Remove the reels, turn them over, place thefull reel on the supply (left) spindle, rethreadthe tape, and contlnue recording.11. The tape may be played back in the same man-ner.ADJUSTMENTSPlay-Record HeadThe rec
18、ording head (5) must be aligned with thetape. If it is not, low output, loss of high frequencies,or track overlap may result. To align the head, ad-iust as follows:1. Thread an alignment tape onto the recorder.2. Adjust the three spring-Ioaded mounting screwsuntil the top of the tape is aligned even
19、ly withthe top edge of the record head lamination.3. To adjust for maximum freguency response,adjust the two front spring-loaded screws.4. Recheck the head height.Erase Head1. Thread a tape onto the recorder.2 Adjust the three sprtng-loaded screws untilthe erase head is parallel with the tape and thetop edge of the tape is aligned evenly with thetop edge of the erase head lamination.RadioFans.CN 收音机爱 好者资料库
